Huge, well appointed villa with 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and one room with single bed and sofa bed too, 2 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs. 3 of 4 bathrooms ensuite, washing machine, garden area and swimming pool. Amazing staff, really helpful, tuk tuk service 2 times a day to Beach or local shops. Big comfy sofa and living room area well appointed kitchen with gas hob, microwave, kettle and ruce cooker and big dining area. Fast and secure WiFi in the whole house.

No tv in lower bedrooms, no mirrors in bedrooms at dressing areas but have in bathrooms. Must have own netflixs and amazon accounts to watch tvs as no local channels available. A little bit out of the way but download grab and get cheap taxis and food deliveries if needed in evenings.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern and spacious villa, which was perfect for our family. With three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The villa is well-designed, offering a great balance of style and comfort. One of the highlights was the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained—ideal for cooling off after a day in the sun. Although the villa is located in a more secluded area, the free shuttle service to the beach made it very convenient. Overall, this is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway with family, and we would definitely stay here again!

We were an extended family staying and after being in a resort in separate rooms, it was lovely to spend 5 nights together over Christmas in the villa. The villa was very clean and the staff were super helpful and always on time with the excellent tuk-tuk service offered to Ao Nang activities. Riam was always very responsive and made sure we got to where we wanted to go. The kids made great use of the pool. It was also nice to be able to get some washing done and freshen up!

The kitchen is well stocked with utensils but it would be handy to have some basic condiments and coffee just to get through the first night till you’ve made it to the shop to stock up. The couch is not comfortable and not big enough for 6 of us so we had to move some chairs around to make it work. We still managed to watch lots of movies together!

Big, clean and comfortable house for the five of us with one infant. Wonderful , friendly and hardoworking staff especially Miss Raim . Also, friendly shuttle workers. The person to contact was easily reachable & very considerate to us. They provided us with a baby cot for our infant when asked. Also helped us with restaurant recomendations, tours, car service, etc and even replied us late at night. The Shuttle service was very easy for us to get to ao nang town. Pool and the rooms were big, great for 5-7 people. Wondeful stay overall . The location was a bit inside, with a dirt road leading to the house. It was a bit far walking distance to the Beach, and a bit difficult with a stroller, however shuttle service was provided to Ao Nang town as stated before. However, We knew this beforehand when booking the house, so we recommend renting a car or joining a tour to get around Krabi.

Nothing, everything was good overall

The pool villa was modern, private, super clean, and even more spacious than the photos. It was perfect for our group of 8 with its private pool and rooms. In addition, staff were INCREDIBLE. They were amazingly kind and accommodating, and when they couldn’t check us in early, they offered to hold our luggage and then had their tuktuk drop us at the beach. Then, they even moved all of our luggage for our group of 8 into our villa so it was there when we were back. When we were transferring to another place after this stay, staff held our luggage again for hours and then had their tuktuk drop us and all our luggage off at our new location. We had a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about the property. It was a bit of a trek to get to Ao Nang town near the beach, but the property offers free tuktuk service, which was amazing.

Everything was wonderful. Villa was clean and spacious, accurate to the photos shown. Staff were amazing and always did their best to accommodate to whatever we needed. The manager Riam is a really nice and cheerful lady who is easy to communicate with. Tuktuk service was very much appreciated. My family enjoyed our stay here very much and look forward to be back at this villa on our next trip!

The villa was a gorgeous, open, bright space. It was exactly what we wanted. The staff were amazing, and on hand whenever we needed help. They organised our taxi there and out, they sorted scooters for us. The free taxi service to the beach was so useful and handy.

The door to the villa didn’t lock and needs fixing, this didn’t bother us we felt very safe in that area. The main bedroom bed was broken and very noisy from just rolling over in sleep. Best to buy stuff for breakfast and make it yourself in the villa, most places around there don’t open till 10:30.

It was spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Accommodating to last minute request promptly. Each room have its own bath room. Living room aircon. Toiletries available in bathroom. Pool have jacuzzi and unicorn float & laying nets.

It was slightly out of the town, need bike to travel about 8 mins away. No shop around, only 1 small provision store n restaurant which is about 10 min walk out. Road was stones.. alot of 🪰 at night when light turn on, flies came in villa when lights on at Level 1.

Easy to find, in a quiet area but still very close to Ao Nang. Nice house easy to use, good Internet. The second indoor little lounge is nice and convenient.

Nothing we didn’t like really, but more things that could be added to enhance the guest experience. Those are just suggestions and we still had a great time at the house! - a bluetooth speaker connected to the tv: the tv sound quality is very poor but still was our only device to listen to music. A cheap sound bar speaker (Xiaomi 1,200thb on Lazada) would be great. - Replace the table/chairs outside by an outdoor sofa lounge. There’s already a big table inside and the doors can be wide opened, so no need for another table outside. A lounge area would be more comfortable. - Replace all ceiling light bulbs to warm white: the cold white gives a hospital feeling that’s not very cosy.

Beautiful villa, pool was great and the house keeper even got us a large water seat when we asked. . Lovely large bedrooms and downstairs area, with lots of chair seating.

Kitchen equipment a little limited in terms of pans etc but had some basics. Sofa not the most comfortable for five people.
