The location was perfect with only a 5ish minute walk into the centre. For what the hotel offered for the price we was super happy. For the style and location of the hotel/building, the room size wasn’t the biggest, but for the both of us it was absolutely fine and gave us everything we needed. We understood there was no lift and could be lots of stairs to the room from other reviews, this did not put us off and we found it absolutely fine. The court yard was pretty and we sat outside one evening with a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Even though there was only staff in the morning, we had excellent communication through what’s app and they would do anything for us and responded very quickly. The lady that did work in the mornings was lovely and made us fell welcomed.

Nothing that stands out. The bathroom was on the smaller size, but you’re not there to swing a cat around and was absolutely fine. My wife loved the fact there was straighteners there she could use.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located close to Sóller town center and all the restaurants and bars. The bougainvillea canopy in the courtyard was my absolute favorite thing about this place. Big shout out to Ángel who gave us the best recommendations on where to eat and was just super helpful. We were planning to take the bus back to Palma but it was very crowded and we were kinda stranded. Reached out to Ángel and he ordered a taxi for us within 5 minutes; he really saved the day. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Casa Bougainvillea.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Casa Bougainvillea. The building and outdoor area was beautiful, and the rooms were very comfortable. A balcony and air conditioning kept the room a good temperature, and the shower was great. We had a few of nights where there was a lot of noise from the room above until quite late, but otherwise we had a peaceful stay. Staff were very responsive and helpful both via messages and in person, and gave us lots of good tips on things to do in the local area. We would certainly recommend!

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a traditional Spanish style, situated in a residential area. It is a short walk to the centre of Soller, with bars, cafes, shops and restaurants, but there are also some restaurants close to the hotel. Our bedroom and other parts of the building were very clean. We had everything we required for our stay; the beds were very comfortable, and there was a mini bar/fridge, a safe for our valuables, and good Wi-Fi connection. The breakfasts were varied and delicious, served in a pleasant garden area (when warm enough) and they were just what we needed prior to long days hiking in the beautiful coastal areas and on mountain trails. Our room faced the road, which was busy at certain times of the day, but the soundproofed doors to the balcony meant we were not disturbed. The staff, including proprietors Angel and Nikola, were very helpful. We had a late flight on the day of check-out and were able to leave our luggage in a secure room so we could spend a few more hours enjoying our holiday. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

One minor thing; the water pressure and temperature was somewhat variable during the course of a shower, but we got used to that after the first night.

This is SUCH a gorgeous hotel with so much character. Literally less than a 5 minute walk from the centre but feels nicely tucked away on a quiet street. The bed was SO comfortable. Angel on reception could not have been more helpful upon check in, he whatsapped me lots of recommendations for food as well as the local tram times to the port. The shower was so powerful and refreshing! Hair dryer and straighteners in the bathroom are a nice touch. The tele was great and I loved watching some Netflix late at night.

The only thing I can comment on was the mini fridge in my room was so noisy, it sounded like there were airplanes in the distance, so I turned it off at night. Quite a noisy hotel but it’s small and compact, but I slept great once people had quietened down in their rooms.

Room was spacious. Mini fridge in room, safe and air-conditioned as well. We were on the 1st floor and had a balcony. Roo. Has nescafe expresso capsules available each day. Back yard terrace was a bonus, we could sit out there whenever we wanted and had privacy. Check in details were informative and easy to follow. Parking available within a 3 minute walk but an additional fee. Location was great.

Room was serviced but towels weren't replaced. That was our only dislike. Otherwise worth the stay

Lovely touches for the single room, like Nespresso machine (so happy I could have my decaf espresso in the morning) and minibar should you want that. Great view over the bougainvillea to the mountains. Good shower pressure and comfortable firm mattress. Ángel has to be the nicest person ever! So helpful with taking the time, parking info and local suggestions for me. Not to mention my heavy bag on the stairs 🤩. I recommend eating at Sa Grange on Plaça de sa Constitució - kind service (whether you are local or tourist), good prices, great food. I really enjoyed their croquettes! Soller is pleasant and pretty with the mountains surrounding it, and with a mix of locals and tourists.

The location was perfect - in the heart of Soller and just a short stroll from the main square. The property had so much charm and history and was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bedroom was spacious and had everything that we needed including a mini bar that was very reasonably priced. We only had breakfast on our last morning at the hotel and it was very tasty and plentiful and the staff catered for our vegan diet very well. The communication from the staff was great and we felt very welcomed by them. Our stay was really great value for how lovely the property is.

My only criticism is the size of the shower - it’s really small. The mattress was quite hard and I would’ve preferred more than one pillow but apart from those little things, everything was perfect.

1. Location is amazing, 5 minutes walk to both main bus station and town centre 2. Staff: super friendly and helpful with both online and offline communication and check-in process 3. Room: room 3 is single room and I love it, there is a big window with amazing mountain view which is not demonstrated in the main page and you will love it. 4. Facilities: super beautiful decoration in the common area, free coffee, there is a fridge for cold drinks, bathroom is big and comfy. There is even a super charger adapter that is applicable for all chargers in differnt countries, super sweet. 5. Bed: very firm bed and pillow, amazing, I had a super good night. There is also soft pillow if you prefer. The most important thing is, unlike the other hotels, there is a real duvet!!! Not very heavy but has weight and that gave me the best sleep during my trip, kept me warm and tight with comfy temperature in ac room. 6. Breakfast and yard: very fancy yard, peaceful. The breakfast contains bread, egg, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and cake, also coffee and drinks, enjoy them with the great view in the yard in the morning.

Nothing, everything is perfect.

From the minute I booked, Angel was very attentive, instantly putting me at ease as well as giving me information about the room (ie. It had a hairdryer in it) and advising me on best transport means for getting to the hotel. The hotel itself is rustic and in a good location. 3 mins up the road to where the cathedral is and the tram stop. Around the corner from the hotel are the botanical gardens, and if you fancy a pretty easy walk, cut through the main square and head up towards Biniaraix and Fornalutx. Wont take you longer than an hour to get up to the top. I went earlier Sunday morning before the sun got too hot and people woke from their beds. Took the tram daily down to the Port. Lovely to be near the sea. Overall, my 5 nights here were perfect. Good value for money, and nice to feel welcomed by Angel and the team.
