Super comfy bed and the room was spacious for NYC. I really liked the design, obviously a personal thing, but it felt stylish and cozy at the same time. Everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, and there’s a great coffee place right in the building. Staff were friendly, helpful, and really on it, the birthday cake waiting in my room was such a thoughtful surprise. On top of that, the bar serves some really nice US wines by the glass, and the city view from the room was just great. I think it is really nice choice for a longer stay.

Honestly, nothing in particular to mention as a con. I’d happily stay here again.

The Pendry is located right in the heart of the wonderful area around Hudson Yards on the West side. Can't say enough about how this area is clean, quiet (relatively), and FULL of great places to eat and shop. The Whole Foods steps away from the front entrance is a great bonus, but really, you can find just about anything within a short walk or subway ride. Penn Station is a block and a half away, as is the Hudson Yards station in the other direction, and we used both to get everywhere in NYC during our weeklong stay. The staff is as polite and wonderful as I can imagine a staff group being. They are respectful to levels that sometimes seem "too much," honestly (for example, it seems they have a policy that no staff member will ride on an elevator with a guest, like EVER, and while I get it, that's really not a big deal, right?). Anyway, I just can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, with daily housekeeping service including turndowns at night. Traffic noise was only occasionally noticeable.

There were a couple of minor mechanical issues in our room during our stay (safe wouldn't lock, drapes didn't close well, for example), but they were fixed immediately upon alerting the front desk. Aside from that, the hotel is not cheap, but given all of the above, I didn't mind overpaying as much as I thought I would!

Amazing hotel! During our stay at the Pendry Hotel in New York, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the team. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is outstanding, with its stylish design and excellent amenities making it a top choice for any visit to the city. Highly recommended for a memorable stay! The neighborhood is very nice too! New and modern, near attractions such as The Edge, Vessel, High Line, Hudson Yards shops and good restaurants. And also some blocks away from time square, 5th ave and so on. We hope to get back again soon!

Located in a new development in west Manhattan, it is close to Hudson Yards, the High Line, Penn Station and downtown and midtown are all within walking distance. Lovely interior midcentury design. Cosy yet spacious rooms -- a plus in NYC!

When we checked in, even though I made the booking under my name and my husband's, the person behind the front desk only acknowledged my husband as the primary booker and addressed me as a "Miss" using my maiden name. While it's my choice to keep my maiden name and not change it to my husband's name, informally, and in the booking itself, I used Mr. & Mrs. ____ for our names. The team should be more sensitive to this nuance and not just assume or treat me like I'm a plus-one.

Beautifully designed hotel at a great location in short walking distance from metro lines. Very quiet at night although in center of Manhattan. Fantastic restaurant (ZouZou) on site. Large floor to ceiling windows with open view, even on the not so high 8th floor. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and door.

Breakfast was delicious but very expensive, we would have preferred a buffet instead of a la carte table service. We missed some hooks to hang our wintercoats, there would be sufficient space for a few of them in the entry of the room. There is a lot of shelve space but space for clothes(hangers) in the closet is limited.

Location only 2 bocks from Penn Station and Metro - convenient to travel throughout City. 2 blocks or less walk to High Line and Hudson Yards. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and room was spacious, very clean and importantly quiet since it was on the top floor with views. Reception was excellent and personable and, as requested, upgraded our room for our anniversary/birthday celebration. Thank you.

Very minor - an empty mini-fridge to store essentials for each room (did not know you could request a fridge until the end of our stay) as we took items out of mini bar to store our refrigerated goods (if you move the items, it is automatically charged to your room - mostly likely a sensor - even though you did not use those items and placed them back - so review bill before leaving).

breakfast service - this is something what has to be improved and than the hotel will become one level higher

Modern design, clean rooms. They clean the room twice a day which is very important to me. It took me awhile to find the right hotel in NYC as there are so many bad reviews from other hotels. I don’t want my vacation to be stressed

Overall none but slow service in zou zou restaurant

We got an apartment on the 21st floor; the view was stunning. Each day, when we returned to the room in the afternoon or evening, the room was prepared, and chilly music was turned on.

The breakfast a'la carte was ok, we can't complain, but we would appreciate having a small buffet as well.

Breakfast was ok. It was not included but I ordered it to my room one day. The $10 admin fee was ridiculous as I ordered coffee for $12 and had to pay $10 admin in that. Not impressed at all.

Room could have been bigger. The bathroom sliding door would not slide and it was very hard to wedge it out.
