We are on our last day at Helea lifestyle resort. It met most of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service by reception staff. Thank you Helen and Anastasia. Service: The staff all around are caring and always smiling. However I felt hotel is understaffed in some areas. Everyone is attentive and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. Rooms: Rooms are nice clean and comfortable. Mattresses and pillows as well. Mini bar could do better for a 5 star hotel. Facilities: Hotel has lots of facilities. More could be done with the maintenance. Dining: don't agree with previous reviews about main restaurant. It does indeed cater for vegetarians and vegans. It has a station with Greek cuisine, cheese bar, salad bar, kids station, pasta station and pretty much anything you can think of . Unfortunately some people are not happy if they don't have British bangers and mash and Sunday roast... People, it won't harm you trying other cuisines. A la carte restaurants are very good as well. Don't agree with other reviews about paper cups at pool area. I am not expecting crystal glass at the pool. The hotel has lots of sustainability practices and this is one of them - energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation, recycling. Overall Experience: We had a slight problem on our last day which was dealt with immediately and professionally. Thank you to all staff at the resort for the warm welcome and care during our holiday.

The hotel is beautifully designed. The pools are beautiful!! The beach is amazing! Location is great, close enough to the town. Facilities are really nice! The food is pretty mediocre. Especially lunch and dinner, although the selection was big.

We got a room facing the back of the hotel, right above a stage where there was shows every single night! And it was so loud. We stayed with a tiny baby and it was really hard for us, and basically ruined our nights. We asked for a room change since it was happening every night, but really no one took care of us. We’ve been told our request is being taken care of, but actually no one helped us. We had to just deal with that. When I asked the receptionist about it, she just told me to wait till someone will call us about it. Obviously no one did. Pretty disappointing.

The room was equipped with all the little things that you need for a great vacation. They put in the room every day new bottles of water.. The main pool is great, the sunbeds surrounded are enough, and the shade is also as expected. the beach is beautiful and it was very good to cool in the water with the kids. The umbrellas shade are too small and it was too warm to be there after a while. Food: the main restaurant - big selection for all kind of diet you are looking for. average taste. very crowded and too hot inside - the air-condition did not work full power, the doors to the balcony are open (as it should be) and you couldn't relax inside and enjoy dinner or lunch. there are many other solutions while the weather is very hot, but it seems that they did not prepare the hotel for the heat of the summer . We did not succeed to make reservation for dinner to any one of the Special Restaurants in the hotel - the manager of the customer service was very kind and indeed tried very hard to help us (we were group of 10) BUT without any success, therefore we went to eat as a group outside in a Tavern (even though we paid for all inclusive). The Bars are great - the bartenders made great selection of cocktails, good coffee. Air condition problems are in the common areas all over the hotel - in the lobby, reception, corridors - it wasn't planned for the Mediterranean weather. we enjoyed the beach bar almost every night - the drinks were great - but the heat!!! why there are not even 1 fan to help the customers relax while it is so hot and there is no wind? even the workers were sweaty in the uniforms. High score to the water park!! WOW. Adults and kids had great time. Also the Escape room was challenging and enjoyable. .

As I wrote above - lack of fans in the beach bar, and weak air conditions all over the hotel's buildings is a problem. the whether in the world is changing, and it is heater every year, so the hotel should be prepared for this in advance

We loved this all inclusive hotel. We were super satisfied with the variety of bars. The staff is very nice and helpful, gives good service. Rooms are clean and has a good style. The beach is amazing and the pool is big enough. The food was great, we loved the Italian restaurant, and the buffet wasn’t that different each day but the food is good and satisfying.

‏The only thing that was a bit annoying is that it was so hard to find an available sunbed by the pool. I would recommend the hotel to enforce this subject and don’t let people just put their towel on the bed and leave it there for the rest of the day, even when they’re not there.

The property is nice and modern really liked the interior of the hotel and the pool areas are very clean.

The food from the buffet wasn’t that great more options would be needed like for lunch no normal burgers for kids or adults

bviously everything depends on your standards, but we found this hotel absolutely amazing It’s a very strong 5 star hotel! There are plenty of cocktails included, we tried it all😅 food is great both in the main restaurant and in the restaurant which you have to book. If I’m honest personally we thought some dishes in those restaurants were the best we ever tried in and without sounding bigheaded, we’ve been to a lot of fantastic restaurants. So defo book all the restaurants as soon as you land as they are always fully booked. Latin American restaurant has a Michelin star chef and you can absolutely feel it, unbelievably amazing food! Beach is lovely too, but there isn’t like a huge territory to walk around in a way. We went to old town once and it was nice walk for a few hours, but that’s about it Personally I loved every second of the stay, lovely and defo pretty luxury hotel💁🏻‍♀️

Nothing significant! - Some of the staff in the main restaurant was not always super friendly, primarily ladies that sit you at your table without often giving you a chance to make a choice, which we found slightly strange. - It can take up to 30 minutes to get our drinks in the main restaurant, which meant sometime we had to finish breakfast without drinks at all. And that was not a busy period!

The hotel and resort are absolutely beautiful, rooms are big and comfortable with lots of storage. Breakfast and lunch are delicious with amazing options. The staff were friendly and helpful without being over bearing.

The hotel was very busy, and it was difficult to get a sunbed after 9am. There are a lot of small children at the hotel which is totally fine, just less relaxing for a couples holiday. I would love to try the adults only resort next door but it was sadly fully booked. The evening food options were not as good as breakfast and lunch, but we made it work. We’re not massive drinkers so it didn’t matter too much but I didn’t think the alcoholic drinks were up to standard. The wines weren’t very nice and cocktails weren’t made to a high standard.

The hospitality was incredible! It painted our whole stay and made us want to become regular customers! The staff in the reception were incredible!! The food in the buffet was exceptional! The Italian restaurant was too loud and OK, the Tsouka restaurant was exceptional and the street food burger side we were happy we experienced it at the end of our stay since it was the least appealing part of our stay (rude stuff, very loud, cursing and flirting in Greek, highly inappropriate behavior). Our room was exceptional and the swim-up pool really great! It was the first time I experienced an army of people coming in every day cleaning the rooms and pool in 10 minutes and leaving it spotless! The room service was incredible and the all-inclusive part was held at the highest regard. The spa facilities were spacious and calming the massages we got were really good!

The street food (burger side) really needs a think about. Please send undercover people to watch how the staff behaves. The courtesy rooms need some attention, truly crowded, humid, and people were hoarding the rooms. My personal preference is that the sheets were made of a material that was not breathing during the night and made for a really uncomfortable sleep some times.

The resort general picture is beautiful, all staff are good except One guy on the bar near the beach and One girl on the reception. Really like the entertainment staff special Nikole and Daniel really made something diferent for us. Also the restaurantes are good with good staff.

The receptionist a bit snob and the guy on the bar is not made to work with guests not friendly at all, looks like he was the responsible on that bar. Also the Bookings for the restaurants are not good and even fake since there was plenty of spaces in the restaurant and they were always saying it is full, easy to understand they were lying.

beautiful hotel.. very clean..good location

lacking in the entertainment department..music by the pool would be great and give a great vibe. the only music they put is for about 20 minutes and not daily by the pool
