A nice hotel situated between the Front and Back Beaches, it is close to many small shops, bars and restaurants. Good sized rooms which are serviced daily and come with free drinking water, kettle, and toiletries. Laundry can be arranged at a reasonable price. There is a small selection of cold drinks available at reception. there is a lift to all floors. The receptionist is delightful and very helpful. She can arrange transport and has good local knowledge. The housekeeper is also very pleasant and thorough with her work.

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel. I stayed in a large room facing the front. The rooms facing the front facade are really large and spacious. The location and budget are also very good. I recommend this hotel. The sweet girl working at the reception during the day is a real angel. With her smiling face, she rushes to every problem. Such lovely and well-intentioned staff is rare. In addition, the young man at the reception at night did an important job by taking out the lizard that appeared on the wall of my room without harming it. The staff is made up of really well-meaning young people.

The most important problem is the bathroom. There is a large bathtub, but there is a 20 centimetre gap between the wall and the bathtub and water escapes there while showering. Likewise, there is no shower curtain and a lot of water splashes on both sides, the toilet bowl right next to the bathtub also gets wet. There is a large shower cabin in small rooms, if I could, I would take my showers in small rooms :)) There is also nothing to hold on to when getting out of the bathtub. There is not even a single railing and this creates a serious danger of falling. The facility should take precautions for this.

Everything including the very friendly and helpful staff! We loved our stay here and wanted to stay longer but we have to go. We highly recommend it and we will come back for sure if we visit Vung Tau again.

Extended our booking for a further 5 nights because the hotel is so good. The room facilities are fabulous and look just like the pictures, washing machine, fridge & kettle. Comfy beds excellent bedding & towels. Large bathroom with shampoo & shower gel & great water pressure. Kitchen area with sink hob & extractor with cooking utensil's plates etc. Young girl/lady on reception is so friendly it's been one of the best stay's in Vietnam. Around the hotel there are bars & restaurant's & lots of cafe and a great supermarket. Can highly recommend Emily's Kitchen, Luca's Pizza restaurant & Lys, the bar on the corner of Phan Huy Chu & Phan Chu Trinh ( buy a beer card) if your there for a few day's and like a cold beer, the afternoon staff are just lovely.

This property is fabulous, it has everything you could want if you stay in a deluxe suite, washing machine a great bonus as we were staying 7 days. The bed is very comfortable, bedding of good quality and lovely big towels. Bathroom is large and nicely fitted and shower has good water pressure. Fridge, kettle and large flat screen tv, kitchen area with sink & hob and cooking equipment are also included. The staff were very friendly although communication was at times through translate they were always very helpful. Location is great close to many good eating places and a good supermarket ( local) price with booking.com was an amazing deal.

Construction adjoining this property, workmen started banging at 7/7.30 every morning and continued all day at times it felt like they were knocking through to your room, so if your a light sleeper or don't want to be woken at 7am then until its finished think carefully about it. Having said that if this wasn't happening and i guess the hotel has no control over it, this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in.

I had a perfect stay in the Queen Garden Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example they clean your room when you're not there. They don't want to disturb you. The hotel is in a side street close to a lot of bars and some restaurants.
