Beautiful view. Spacious room. Nice polite staff. Free drinks at the pool.

1) never fixed the cold water for the bidet (we were there a week!) 2) not enough pool chairs for huge hotel. 3) buffet breakfast very limited for vegetarians or folks who don’t eat pork/ham/bacon (5/6 entres with pig products) 4) pool had ladders to get out that were narrow pipe stairs rather than flat and very sore on the feet for seniors and difficult for kids. No shallow end or stairs. 5) hotel NOT on the beach. Have to cross busy street and unkept beach (weeds/grass) 6) could vary the buffet for guests that are there for a week instead of exactly the same every single day 7) no cereal or good bread or pastries at western breakfast 8) would be nice to have chef make omelets

Staying here felt just like being in my own apartment—spacious, comfortable, and incredibly restful. The room was great, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay, but what truly stood out was the food. The Japanese-style breakfast buffet was both fun and appetizing, especially with the unique treat of shabu-shabu in the morning! It was such a delightful way to start the day. The staff were also warm & friendly, which made the experience even better.

One downside was the Wi-Fi—it was really weak when we arrived. Even after a quick check there was no immediate improvement. Fortunately, the next day the hotel replaced both the router and the TV, which helped. Coming from an urban city, the slow connection was a bit of a surprise, but we appreciated the staff’s effort to resolve the issue. Thank you!

Great locations, north enough to be away from the dense south but not too north to still be lively. Close to some nice restaurants. Extremely helpful staff. Shoutout to Laurent in the Western breakfast area, who made all the difference between a good and an unforgettable stay in Okinawa with recommendations ranging from beaches, activities to restaurants. Everything very easy and smooth.

The resort would benefit from some further indoor facilities, such as an indoor pool or a larger gym.

The Japanese breakfast even offers Shabu-shabu! - The hotel room is perfect: It's clean, comfortable, cozy, and spacious (I love the wooden floor a lot!) - The hotel itself is surrounded by nice restaurants

- Sometimes the reception is quite understaffed, and some staff may not be able to communicate in English. - Breakfast cuts off quite early at 930am - During the weekend it might be difficult to find a nearby car parking spot (although they are free of charge) - It is stated that the hotel features a lineup of top-of-the-range machines and equipment, but the truth is it has only 4 machines.

The facilities were excellent, staff were so helpful especially in arranging activities, the room size is large and comfortable, the shops and restaurants are very convenient and other local restaurant and cafe options are available nearby. The beach is beautiful for swimming and for the views. The resort transfer bus which is free is an excellent service - this needs to be booked at least 6 days in advance.

The property is clean. Staff are trying Hard to make guest happy. I like that variety of restaurants there, laundry service is quite convenient, house keeping are making room very clean. Specially there is a staff from Hawaii( I forgot his name ) , he helps foreigners to communicate with local staff to resolve the issues.

The beach area should put some beach chairs and umbrella. The street to go to beach should have zebra zone closer.

Beautiful condo rooms. Clean, spacious, and well equipped. Big fridge and freezer, nespresso etc. Very comfy beds. Lovely friendly European male staff member at breakfast

Racism from pool staff was disappointing. Kept telling my son off despite Japanese kids doing exactly the same and not being talked to ( got to near the infinity pool edge etc). Happened more than once. The breakfast is bad for the class of the hotel. The 'western' option has an odd choice of pasta, beef stew, gnocchi etc but very poor pastries. The hot food is dried up by about an hour before breakfast finishes and looks unappealing. We gave up twice as there was a wait to get in to breakfast. Not worth paying extra for.

The view and proximity to the beach were exceptional - you can use the breakfast coupons at the cafe and orange grill until 15h for 2000jpy

The food was ok - prefer the breakfast at the BBQ grill

Spacious rooms and great location of the hotel. Easy access to free parking and convenient proximity to things that you need. The view of the ocean is great. The beach in the front was never busy and good swimming spot.

The property is quite big and confusing to get around at first.

The hotel is front of the beach, just need to walk couple of minutes to reach. The facilities very nice, although take into account that if you go in rainy season, to reach some parts you might need to go under the rain. They provide umbrellas and has parking. Amazing view and nice staff. The western breakfast restaurant has sea view and a terrace where you can have your meal. Room was massive a very comfortable.
