Perfect location - right between the town centre and the beach, a minute's walk from the bustling Supeluse street. Lots of space and light in the room as windows looked in two direcitons. The bed is comfortable, water is hot and kitchen equipped with all you need. There's a free parking space to go with the room so you don't have to figure out how the town parking works. The staff were responsive, very kind and helpful and even offered us an extra hour before check-out. The whole experience was super!

The shower curtain tends to let the water flow outside the shower space.

We checked three times if we are in the right room. It was really cozy and spacious. We would definitely come back for a longer visit. The furniture was also nice customised old to new practical. Beach isn't far from the house, so it's a plus again.

In the bathroom there could be some racks, no where to hang the towels or keep the shampoo bottle. We knew about thin old walls that don't hold the noise back too well but this time there were many quiet people so no problem at all with that. It can go so and so, depending from the other people that stay there.

Perfect. In the room you will find everything you need. Parking spot is a big plus now. The location is excellent too. Tiny things which you might not like: creaky floor and, if you get the last remaining room, it might be on the third floor and you will hit your head several times against the inclined ceiling. 😃 Sofa beds were not very comfortable to me. But I would definitely stay again, this has been the best stay so far in Pärnu.

I'm really thankful for this sweet experience. Our apartment is really nice and totally equipped. Everything we need was on its place (from towels and dishes to coffee maker and toaster). Our toddler had enough of safe space to play. Especially I enjoyed a balcony for morning yoga and authentic details of vintage furniture. An amazing ambiance of serenity and warmth. Sincerely impressed of your careful accommodation. Keep cool! We gonna come back.

The apartment was brilliant! Spacious, comfortable, walking distance from both the city center and the beach. Next to the pedestrian street and yet quiet enough that you could have a perfect night sleep. The staff was extremely helpful and was even able to upgrade our room when told that we would have a baby with us and were worried about waking him up. All in all a WONDERFUL experience in Pärnu and we will definitely come back

If there was a choice to give 12 out of 10- I would have opted for it. It’s such a nice, cozy place to stay. The apartment is so spacious and it has all the amenities we are used to at home- washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction, fridge etc and basic things needed for cooking. The property is neat and clean and very close to the beach. Just a 7-8 minutes walk and you are bang on the beach. Just a 10 minutes walk on the other direction and you are in the vicinity of the city center. The lady who manages the apartment is really very helpful and she is always available on a phone call. The place is so quiet and peaceful. There is a park is just behind the property. I would specially mention one thing. Although the bus station is just one kilometre from the property, I had requested the lady to book a cab for me because I had a big suitcase and a backpack. Instead of booking the cab, the lady dropped me to the bus station in her car, without charging anything. Such a generous lady and such a sweet gesture. I will always remember this kind help. The best stay ever.

The check in was very easy with keypads. The building is quite attractive, wooden architecture with a balcony. It is about halfway between the beach and Pärnu old town (8 minutes walking each way). Plenty of coffee places and restaurants. The owners were great and immediately brought us a wine opener that had been missing in the kitchen.

Everything was good basically, cooking yourself may be a little cumbersome since the kitchen is small. We had food outside every day since we only stayed 3 nights, except for warming up some leftovers.

Easy check-in, a keycode for the front door was provided in a message sent to the booking.com app, Free parking for the car.

No air conditioning, no mosquito nets in windows which on a hot day made it impossible to avoid having mosquitos entering the room. My wife did not like the pillows, for me they were OK.

The house is lovely and in beautiful surroundings. The location halfway between the beach and Pärnu centre is excellent.

The interior of the room was a bit worn out and out-dated. However, if mismatch furniture and artificial flowers are your thing you’ll probably like it here.

Not only was the location exceptional, but the staff at Austri Villa were also extremely friendly and accommodating. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made me feel valued as a guest. The villa itself was absolutely charming. The apartments were clean, well-appointed, and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
