Very clean and safe hotel. Great location close to stores / food. Staff VERY friendly and the cleanliness was excellent. Traveled with family and friends for volleyball and it was a perfect stay and distance from the center. Breakfast was a hot being hot with many options. In room refrigerator and the microwave made it very convenient. There is a mini market down in the lobby too incase you needed anything. Stores are close by as well. Very pleased and will stay again.

The pool was closed for the season. While there were dings and scratches on some furniture, it was ok because the cleanliness of the entire hotel was amazing. Good comfy beds/ bedding and room sizes. Nothing too negative to say at all.

Poojah was an excellent front desk staff who has great customer service skills. She called the night before asking for my card and I told her I didn’t trust to give her my card over due to a lot of scam going around. Plus this was my 2nd time booking a room on booking.com. She kept her voice and tone the same without giving attitude. Told me that I would be able to pay when I get to the desk after speaking to someone. Since she was pleasant, I went back on the app and saw that I had a direct message. After reading it, it confirmed that the hotel would call the dah before asking for the card to reserve the room for me. I called her back to apologize and she was still pleasant with me. She’s wonderful to have spoke to and have met as well.

The pool was very clean and enjoyable on a hot day. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Very minor (not a problem)....when I realized I had been put in a handicap accessible room and asked to change since I did not need those types of facilities and wanted it to be open/available for someone else, I was told they couldn't make any changes because I had used Booking.com. I own a lodge and contract with Booking.com, this is not true. I was dissapointed that the staff is not probably trained to assist guests properly.

The beds were so comfortable, we had a really good night's rest and the drapes kept the morning sun out. The room is large and the aircon kept us cool/warm as needed. There is a large fridge in the room, microwave and Keurig coffee machine which was very useful. The hotel is located right nearby the stores so if you want to shop, this is a great location. There was parking available when we arrived in the evening and at no extra charge. The breakfast was basic but sufficient and the lady who was topping the food up was very helpful.

I've noticed this is a widespread problem at breakfast in hotels across the USA but they had plastic cutlery and plates which you just used once and threw away. The cups were lined with polystyrene too. Perhaps switch to paper plates and coffee cups and metal cutlery? I'm sure that washing cutlery would be cheaper in the long term for the hotel.

property was excellent my only complaint was not having a excellent breakfast it was a breakfast to go and for the room price it should of been a off the chart breakfast not a grocery store jimmy dean sausage muffin ( horrible!!!) bring your own breakfast !

I loved the location, and the lobby area I used to read in the morning while my son slept in. I felt extremely welcome while in the lobby and felt no rush to "get out" as I sometimes do in less welcoming hotels.

The outdoor pool seemed a bit too cold to be "heated" this was also stated by another guest while we were using the facility.

Breakfast prepared by Sorquy was great. She was kept everything filled, in order and clean and went the extra mile with her friendliness and help.

Very functional room. we were in a double queen room. the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed two night for a volleyball tournament.

The room was across from the highway and a bit noisy. The AV/heating was also quite loud The elevator was slow

My wife and I both gave this hotel top marks for comfort and cleanliness. We thought that it had been recently renovated but staff told us that it had changed to IHG several years ago. Check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast had hot items including some extravagant cinnamon rolls.

Not much of a walkable neighborhood except for numerous chain stores. The room's interior doors were a bit awkward. The bathroom door wouldn't stay open and a mirror on the inside of the door was directly across from the throne.

Clean, 24-7 coffee, friendly staff, great location, rooms are very nice. I’d stay here again.

Elevator was a bit stuffy and hot inside. Would appreciate the opportunity to stream from my favorite platforms on the tv. Offering a sign in option on the tvs would be nice.
