Parking is secured in a place like Rome. Staff was helpfull. It was close to bus stops.

The temparature of the water was not the same all the time and be carefull, when you are having a bath you can temparature can change. Our room was dark. In booking it says that there is breakfast but, Firstly/ it is only crosissant and coffee Secondly/ you have to get them from a shop which is little far away.

The room was very spacious, with really big bathroom. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The host was very very kind. Everything was perfectly clean. There are free coffee and water. The area is quiet, bus stations in 2-3 min. In 35 min you can reach the metro station Lepanto by bus, there are enough bus connections also in the night. There is direct connection to Roma Termini.

The location is not perfect, since you have to plan some time for the bus ride. But this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself, the location was clear to us, so it was fine.

Very kind staff, easy parking and easy access from Higway from nord of Roma. Fully equiped aparment with AC, fridge and dog friendly. Drinking water and coffemaschine at the hall. You can use nearest bar for simply breakfast. Bar is for local people and is not overprized.

Long way to centro of Roma - app 1 hour by bus and Metro.

Well, the breakfast is like a basic and it was included so.. Nothing to complain about. In any case, the bar they suggested to to do down on he street wasn't really confortable and the Brioches were not so good... And either for being an Italian bar the cappuccino was on low rate..(3/5 if I should make it in number) All the rest was Excellent

Well... expect the breakfast?... I don't thing there'll be anything to complain with.. Grouping all things together was all OK! I don't know if I'll get again in there just because my office in not so near to the facility

The owner lives not far and he has been around whenever we needed him, he's super patient & helpful! Room was secure and quiet, bed was comfortable, everything was beyond expectation, great value of money. I would stay there again in the future :)

It is a really really nice neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and stores. Our host was more than great! He had a lot of recomendations for us, helped us with everything :) we are more than happy with everything. Thank you!!

I booked this for my father in law visiting Rome for the weekend. Excellent accomodation, a super nice host who speaks great English. The idea of breakfast vouchers in the local cafe was great fun. A really good place to stay if you want to see a non touristy district of Rome. Great location if you are going to football or Rugby at the Olympic stadium.

I loved staying at the Ianus and I’ll definitely go back there. Communication with Giuliano was extremely smooth and he proved to be a very hospitable host from the moment I arrived. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Spotless beautiful room, in a gorgeous old building. Close to city bus, supermarket, Cafe and supermarket. The host is a genuinely nice kind man and will endeavour to answer questions. Really gorgeous place.

Very helpful owner. Free parking. Warm and comfy. Good WiFi. Very good value. The restaurant/Pizzeria "La Francescana" was recommended - about 10-15 min walk - and has excellent Pasta and grilled meat.

Was difficult to find. My useless sat nav did not have the small street entered. Not the fault of the Guest house. Its behind the sushi restaurant, 2 streets past via capena.
