I loved the resort . Staff were beyond expectation . Really helpful always . I loved the room bed etc . Pool was exceptional . Breakfast was great lots of choice . My only reservation is that we were given a room in not the main resort but smother area which was a 5 min drive from the main hotel . I only booked this resort to be walking distance r from shops and eating places . I was told by Nauri that there were no 1 bed villas in the main hotel but I found out today there are 1 bed villas . I did like not the fact that our room was in another building away from main hotel . That area was not pleasant . So if you book a room ask for it to be in the main building not the one away in another area nearby . Other than that the service etc all brilliant . We were in villa 29. You could not walk anywhere from there . The route to it was a drive through dark little alleyways no lights . The main hotel where the restaurant is 5 mins from a buzzing street lots of massage places nice places to eat . We were picked up in the morning and taken to breakfast at the main building . The only thing that let this villa down was that there was no sofa, only had two sun lounges for a 4-person villa, and the kitchen was very dated. There was a dining table with 4 chairs, two occasional wicker chairs. There were two kinds of sofas, sun loungers, but they were apart from the other so you couldn't chat if there were 4 people living there.

Even though The villa was buit pretty long ago but I was amazed and impressed of their customer services. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, and the staff even comes by daily to do mosquito spraying. What really impressed us is that Security team stopped every Grab car entering the villa premises to verify identities by capturing a picture of number plates to preventing scams and make sure that we don't forget our belongings. Their villas are the biggest accommodations you'll find in the Seminyak area, providing ample room for even a baby to crawl around so my baby very enjoyed. The private pool is very clean and clear. My baby accidently drinking some water but she was fine without getting sick. They even offer trusted nannies service who can come directly to our villa to care for my baby which is the best thing I have done. We were incredibly happy and satisfied with every aspect of our stay, from the luxurious accommodations and professional risk management to the consistently friendly staff. I want to send our deeply appreciation to Mr. Agustina - our villa front office manager who helped us a lot during our stay. I would recommend Impiana Private Villas Seminyak to all my friends and family planning a trip to Bali and Impiana will forever be our top choice where I can trust to stay everytime we come to Bali. 10/10 !!!

We love Impiana! This was our second stay, this time with a group of 15. We love that you can have the privacy of your own villa to retreat to while also staying altogether as a group in one location. The villas are really beautiful with very generous sized pools - perfect for tropical outdoor living. The absolute highlight though is the staff. They will do anything for you to ensure your stay is perfect. This includes security, reception, housekeeping and restaurant. Thanks again Impiana!

The beds are very firm. Softer mattresses would be nice but we love the place enough to put up with it!

Breakfast was excellent and we were picked up in a buggy and taken to the restaurant each day. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They bent over backwards to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfasts were lovely with a lot of variation.

We had a mobility challenged friend who couldnt get into the pool. Most pools in villas in Bali don't seem to have handrails so if you have mobility issues then be careful. They did have one villa with a handrail and we moved their halfway through, but the last step was quite high, so it didn't really solve the problem. Having said this, the staff really tried everything to help and I can't fault their professionalism at trying to solve this problem. I don't think this problem is reserved to Impiana.

These villas are extremely spacious and excellent for a large group of friends all looking to stay together during a trip to Bali. The hosts are incredible hospitable and no request was too difficult for our group. They catered to our every need and made our stay so enjoyable.

Not much could be faulted at Impiana Villas! The food, staff and service were all fantasic and exceeded all of our expectactions.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The villa was beautiful especially the gardens and pool. Breakfast was also very good with a great choice as well. We walked to the beach every day. It's just over 1km but reasonably flat with plenty of shops to browse on the way. There is a great supermarket five minutes' walk away that has everything.

The open-air living area was great but if you wanted to watch TV at the end of the day you had to go to bed. Not a major as we spent most of the time at the beach or in the beautiful pool.

The villas are amazing. Really big and spacious. The pool was soo big and the outdoor area was sooo serene and peaceful. They have a fully functional Kitchen too which was great.

The location. From the reception you have to always take a buggy to reach your villas which takes very busy and narrow streets. Was quite worried where we will End up. But once you reach the villas they are beautiful. The breakfast could have been better. They don’t provide water bottles but the water dispenser. Had to argue a lot to get water bottles as I wasn’t sure what water was in dispenser.

We loved our deluxe one bedroom villa. Very private, beautiful tropical garden with an amazing pool! The villa was spotless and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and focused on ensuring you were having a great stay. The villa location was perfect, on JL. Kunti. There are more Impiana villas located on Sunset side. These are too far away for easy walking access to great shopping, bars and restaurants and the large supermarket, located across the road on JL. Kunti. The Indian Restaurant and Oswego Bar/Restaurant, located on either side of the main Impiana Reception were beautiful. Both great food and customer service. The property pics on the booking site truly reflect the actual reality of the beautiful villas at Impiana Private Villas, Seminyak. Thank you for our surprise villa upgrade, Sindy. 😊

We stayed at the villa as a couple and had an amazing experience. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offered safe and delicious options for dining in Bali. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, available to assist us even late at night, as was the restaurant service. The villa itself was very comfortable—romantic, quiet, and free of insects. We also appreciated the extra room that served as a closet, which added to the convenience. Overall, it was a perfect choice for us. A big thank you to the entire team for their kindness and for creating such memorable moments for us.
