Breakfast was wonderful, exceeded any free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had (except they were out of butter/margarine for toast, etc). Veggie omelettes, sausage, scrambled eggs, make-your-own waffles!!, bagels, danishes, juices, coffee, french toast, delicious yogurt with choices of fruit or granola… it went on and on. We had a room with an electric (very realistic) fireplace and a jacuzzi, for a very reasonable price. At night it was SILENT, no parties in other rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Out of butter/margarine at breakfast, no delivery until next day apparently.

Excellent breakfast, wide selection of good food to start the day. Would have loved to have seen a big container of chilled or ice water available. There was a berry assortment made available for the waffles and yogurt BUT unfortunately they were frozen which did not make they an ideal topping for hot waffles. It would have been nice if they were at room temperature.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was great with a good variety of food, even gluten-free, that was marked. I appreciate that so very much.

There are a few issues with confirmation of reservation. When I phoned I was told that my reservation was not at that hotel. The problem was solved once I phoned back with the reservation number.

My students were excited to be able to make so many choices for breakfast. The food was tasty and enjoyed by all. The staff was "on top of things" in terms of keeping the buffet dishes filled, observing and dealing with issues, and keeping everything clean and sanitary.

Truly appreciated the kindness and patience of the young lady upon our arrival while she waited for us to retrieve our licence plate number. We arrived later as I had estimated on reservation and loved the warmth of our room, a corner light being on to greet us, just seemed like we were at home. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Agree with and did not mind one bit no fridge being off to conserve energy. Location was perfect and breakfast very much appreciated. The room rate was also great! We were a family of three.

The breakfast was good and there are a few places where you can eat in walking distance and a liquor store.

Because I booked the hotel through Booking.com, Best Western did not give me any points on the rewards card. I paid for the hotel at the front desk so I don’t think it’s fair.

The room was large, great for five of us. Clean. Well maintained. The breakfast was incredible.

The breakfast room was just a little too warm….could have turned down the temperature a few notches but that’s very minor.

I really enjoyed the whirlpool and the fireplace. The staff was so very nice and welcoming.

Kids were running up and down the hallway, banging on doors while I was trying to sleep. I could hear babies crying across the hall. Soundproofing is not very good in the rooms.

The breakfast was very good, with lots of selections. We found the staff very friendly and accomodating, and overall we had a wonderful stay. we would definately stay again.

Breakfast was great. Room was nice.

Had to wait past check-in time fo room to be cleaned. Was given info about 1 night free if we signed up for something. Was not told that it would not be for this trip, rather future visit only. When questioned at checkout the reply was simply, "yeah, no, have a good day"
