Stayed with my daughter to be near the hospital. Didn't eat any meals there, but the restaurant & menu looks lovely. Staff were friendly, room was clean & very comfortable. Maintenance issues were sorted out on the day reported. Was a little apprehensive when comparing prices in the area, but would stay again if needed.

Coffee making facilities in the room, but no water or milk. Also, no hairdryer.

Good location

Room entrances are too close.to each other and rooms booked next to each other. When a guest returns in the early hours your sleep is disturbed from the talking and doors opening. Shower head damaged.

Location was central and perfect for us, the cleanliness in the rooms was of the highest standard.

The matresses were very uncomfortable and the dining room on the Friday night only had about 5 dishes they could offer our group of 19 people.

The express service...spot on ..in a few minutes...I was in my room....clean...quiet environment....everything in its place ...Wow..

No microwave oven in the room....a bit disappointing when you have to warm food......and no DStv channels......they must upgrade to smart TVs so that customers can log onto their own DStv accounts....but hey...take away nothing from that place...it is 👍

The place feels like home and the owner is very friendly. It's a clean place with clean sheets too. Very accommodating, the have plates, pots, spoons and more. The pool is clean too.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The noise from other guests was too much and nothing was done about it.

Too modest, no swimming pool

Next to hospital was easy to visit my husband in hospital walking distance.

No one to help with luggage, room was far in corner on first floor with a few steps.

The location was perfect, right next to the mediclinic where I had an eye operation. Although standard check-in is 14h00 my wife could check in much earlier. Dinner and breakfast was excellent.

Having only 10% of my eyesight, food should be served on a white plate.

The fact that the room does not come with an iron, i had to go to reception and fill in a form, i mean its 2022, rooms come with an iron
