The location was great since its next the Railway station, which was our mode of transportation. Close to the city, including shopping place, including Cargills Shopping Mall. The breakfast had most of the traditional Jaffan food, dosai and the hoppers were excellent. Both the hoppers and dosaid were authentic Jaffna style, specially the hoppers had no added substance that hardens the hopper to make it crispy. Try both the egg and milk hoppers. The Pittu and string hoppers were also good.

The restaurant is short of staff specially during busy times. The staff are great always, but seems to neglect some of the customers because having too much in their hands. Saw one customer leave as it took a long time to get the menu. Sometimes it takes longer time to get the food once ordered. No proper uniform for the restaurant staff, can't differentiate from the customer and the staff. At least have a budge to identify themselves as a staff member or who the Manager is or the supervisors. All are in casuals.

This is a good 3STAR hotel right next to the main Train Station of the historic city of Jaffna. Fairly good rooms for the price you pay. House keeping staff are good, hence the rooms are tidy and well appointed. Service is the strength of this place. A very special thanks to the very efficient stafd at the reception. Ms.Thadsajini and Ms.Ragasini are superb professionals, helpful and always with beautiful smile. They are a strength to this hotle. All staff at breakfast are very efficient and helpful.

The location is really good, particularly if you are using the train station. It's only about 10 mins by Tuk Tuk to any of the attractions. The room was clean but our A/C was faulty and wouldn't switch off. They let us switch rooms, which helped. We could not fault the staff, they were very helpful. The breakfast was really good, with huge variety, as well as fresh cooked omelettes and sweet fresh dosas.

The beds in both of our rooms had mattresses, way past their better days. The springs were trying to escape.

Excellent in providing service, quality and presentation. Staff are very friendly, happy to take ownership, willing to help and listen to the concerns and act accordingly and promptly. Food varieties are very much representing the authentic local culture and taste.

Room towels are very clean, however may be because of the saltwater, the colour looks tired and stained. The appearance of room, particularly the towels should look neat and bright for the travellers. The senior management need to take a strategic decision on how often they need to replace the towels with new ones to achieve higher satisfaction grading from the local and global customers.

The room was spotless and modern. Good range of bathroom products. Towels clean and fluffy. Aircon super efficient! The food is great. The staff are helpful.

The TV didn’t work - I reported it but it was not fixed Some outside areas (eg pool) are a little sparse and not inviting to use. These areas could do with a little renovation

Near to train station Front office staff Miss Rekha was very helpful ,polite and professional handled our room issues swiftly

Room service food was awful and very disappointing also service was very slow order the food at 9.30 pm got our food at 1035 pm

Location, an extremely friendly staff and a fantastic Sri Lankan breakfast. I felt like staying with my family than staying in a hotel. Every staff went that extra mile to help us. Mr. Kumara, the manager, is a wonderful person. He helped me so many times.

Floor rugs, inside elevator and some areas need a deep cleaning. Bathroom also needs a professional cleaning.

Location is perfect. Breakfast is cheap and the best in town. Staff good. Neat.

Wifi worked part time. Engineers knew the problem but didn't have the management's backup to solve the problem. They pretented that they were trying to solve but never came out with any. It worked total of 12 hours during my 6 days stay. Getting things done by the reception is so unprofessional. Needs more training.

The food was absolutely tasty and reasonably priced. All the staff were very helpful and amazing.

Bathroom metal drain covers were rusty and need changing. Around the stainless steel parts on the commode, there were limescale marks which need to be deep cleaned

All facilities were good. but a bit noisy during the day from the 4th floor. furniture dragging Noice. Shower head could be a bigger to the latest style. But overall it is good and I will be going and staying again.
