It was very clean. Aubrey was decent size for handicap accessible. The only thing is the bed itself were not that big or long that my husband who is 6’3 “feet was hanging off.

The staff was extremely friendly. In addition to the room being very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The cute little kitchenette in the room was spotless! There was a “cupboard” in the lobby with complimentary coffee for guests, as well as various items for purchase. The prices for snacks were very reasonable. Although the hotel was full, it was extremely quiet. We have zero complaints and would stay there again!

The property was in a nice location, surrounding by a lot of nice business. The staff was very nice, our room was clean.

They don’t serve breakfast. A lot of the items such as the shower curtains & the loaner comforters for the pull out sofa needs to be replaced.

All were nice & accommodating. Had to move rooms cause TV was not working

Think that if expecting guest fridge & ice maker should be turned on early so customers can have cold fridge & ice when they arrive

The location for my stop was perfect. Right off the highway. The area was clean and remained safe for my two children and I. Our room was clean and had absolutely everything we would need including a stove and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet was coming up in some areas which is just general maintenance and I couldn’t figure out how to make the removable shower head attach back to the holder in the shower. Loved that there was a removable shower head though.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, but the hotel is a little old and it shows. The shower pressure was so high it hurt. It was like the shower scene in "Silkwood."

The access to the interstate and shopping around the hotel were great. The staff was extremely friendly. Andrea and Jasmine in particular were very accommodating to any questions or concerns that I had. They both did an amazing job of representing Candlewood Suites.

The room I stayed in could have been cleaned a little better. When we arrived and checked the cabinets, there was old food left behind that I had to throw away. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner as well. However, I did request for the room to be cleaned the next day and it was taken care of.

It was an overall excellent experience. Everything was clean and orderly. Would stay there again! The bed was very comfortable. The seat on the toilet was broke but not an issue.

We walked in at 930pm on Friday night after a long traffic happy drive for a quick stay on our way to Florida.. and there were multiple staff working the front and everyone of them were friendly and welcoming. They were all super helpful and the establishment was clean and fully stocked. Well done and thank you for your customer service
