We like the apartment and the hosts a lot. We had an amazing stay! The stunning view of the calm Adriatic Sea from the terrace of the apartment (very relaxing) with the sound of the birds singing all throughout the day, excellent view of the sunrise and sunset from the lounge to the terrace,the amazing, committed, very welcoming and caring hosts (Paula and Drago), the quietness, cleanliness and comfortability of the accommodation, the property has air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows hence my husband and I had restful sleep every night, the location is near the beach and easy accessibility to the airport (10 mins drive away) . Paula is very organised, she helped us organised our day trips and she is easily reachable and responsive to any questions and requests. Drago maintains the property surrounding very well. The property is a short uber ride to Dubrovnik (£12) or by bus (£3), you can easily reach Cavtat, Srebreno (good small mall with good supermarket, cash machine and excellent beach) and Mlini beach and harbour. Excellent stay, we will definitely come back again!

The panoramic view overlooking Plat is gorgeous. Short walk to the beach. The welcoming atmosphere from Paula and Draco feels like meeting your long lost grandparents, full of warmth and service minded. The peaceful serenity of the property is a welcoming contrast to the high energy pulse of Dubrovnik/Split. What you see is what you get, and I mean that in the best way possible. Air conditioning works great as well.

Can’t find anything to write here, except maybe for the lack of restaurants within walking distance (you’ll find 4-5). Nothing to do with the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Paula and Drogo’s place! Their home is cozy, welcoming, and filled with a peaceful atmosphere. Both of them were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. Paula is so helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed – whether it was tips about the area or just making sure we were comfortable. Drogo has a real passion for history, and I really enjoyed listening to him share his knowledge and stories – it made our stay even more interesting and memorable. Their breakfast was like something made by mom – delicious! and filled with love. Just perfect! They are both genuinely friendly and warm people, and we felt lucky to have met them. We’d definitely love to come back one day. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment, new ,modern and super clean thay have everything that you need for your stay from kitchen equipment, bathroom and comfort bedroom. The hosts Drago and Paula are very nice and friendly ,helpful people. The view from the apartment is magnificent. The yard is also great super green 💚.Villa Panorama is in the place Plat near Dubrovnik, you have bus station near the house with line every 30 min and it takes about 25 min drive to Dubrovnik. The market is about 10 min walk. The house is near restaurants with great meals. Almost forgot something about beaches - you have wonderful beaches down from the house, about 5 min walk with super clean sea. I don't know what to tell more except GREAT, WONDERFUL, AMAZING, EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY ♥️👍

Paula and Dragon were great hosts, lovely couple that were always willing to help out with any questions or directions. The apartment was kept clean daily and was central to Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat with a very accessible & regular bus routes to both places. The view from our balcony was beautiful and we both enjoyed our stay in Croatia very much. Villa panorama is a great place to stay and explore the surrounding areas easily while being away from the centre of the towns with a lovely beach at the bottom of the hill.

The location is if course wonderful, every day when you wake up you have the most beautiful view on the sea from the terrace - or on the stars at night.. Paula and Drago, the owners, are also incredibly kind, nice and helpful. It was lovely to chat with them (also easily vis whatsapp). We stayed in a room, not an apartment, and it even had a small set of cutlery and dishes and cleaning supplies if you want to have your own little breakfast (and a water heater). AC was important and worked perfectly. Also everything was totally clean. The house is just a 5min walk from the bus station and a 7 minute walk to at least 3 beautiful beaxhes. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very helpful couple Paula and Drago they were very helpful and kind and helped us with all the local information about places to visit, how to visit and activities to do. Paula was always responsive, immediately on whatsapp and also helped me with Ferry tickets to Dubrovnik. They have maintained the property beautifully, specifically the beauty of bougainvillea in this villa is an absolute charm. The view from balcony is absolute breathtaking and one will really fall in love with the place during the mornings and evenings relaxing in the middle of bougainvillea red flowers, while gazing at beautiful sea and islands in front. Unlike many other properties, here both the living room and bed room have air conditioning. Property is also on the high way and very much accessible by Car. They also do daily housekeeping, when we returned we found out place absolutely clean.

There are a number of brokers in the middle who kept following up on arrival times even after being replied. Kitchenette could get better with more smaller utility utensils for making own food, e.g. for thinks like heating milk for coffee etc, i had to use my own, with my own kitchen towel too. The wifi signal was also very weak in my apartment.

The views from Villa Panorama are simply breathtaking. Paula and Drago are THE BEST hosts. Accommodation is so well designed, modern and spotless. The books to borrow and basket of recycled toiletries are such small, but clever touches. Lovely beaches nearby. On the 10 bus route to nearby towns including Dubrovnik. Do try the water taxi and visit the beautiful Cavtat. Book a meal in the sumptuous Konoba restaurant located a short walk from the villa. Great memories- we hope to be back!

Really the best experience we could have. The host are the nicest people ever and help you with a lot (like trips, boot taxis or activities! The view is amazing! And the beach is very close. Also the location is perfect. Close to big city’s but here it’s very peaceful. You can get everywhere by Uber. The room was also very clean and everything you need. It has a really warm and safe feeling. I would recommend 100%! Don’t hesitate.

The only think I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer!

Our stay at Villa Panorama was really comfortable and enjoyable! The room and bathroom were clean, good size, and equipped with all necessary. Our room had an amazing view of the ocean and we could enjoy it in the balcony we had. Paula and Drago were incredible hosts, they are very kind, caring and helpful.
