The hotel is beautiful, really top-notch on a great beach. The rooms are very nice. The food is also awesome — just be aware that you might as well go ahead and purchase the all-inclusive when you book because the cost of dining at the hotel without all-inclusive is insanely high. The front desk and dining staff are also really friendly!

The mixed drinks were really, really bad, and the bartenders were pretty rude. They were also out of a lot of the alcohol/ingredients, so most of the time when we asked for a cocktail or smoothie they just said “no”. It was very odd, and kind of a rip off considering everything we were asking for was listed on the menu (and supposedly included as part of the all-inclusive package).

1. Rooms look exactly like in photos. Nice interior and exterior, new modern furniture, AC, mosquitos net, shampoo/gel/cream 2. Security on the entrance from the beach, so strangers can’t enter 3. Transport from/to airport $50

1. The hotel isn’t fully ready yet and you can be disturbed by ongoing construction on site. Also, you can feel the fresh construction smell in the room. 2. Service is quite poor: not always having drinking water in the room, missing towels, not able to show prices for spa, not replying on bookingcom. Also, I wish to have an iron in the room but it’s not really important. 3. Breakfast isn’t really tasty although options are enough, no coffee machine. I’m happy I didn’t take all inclusive or half-board.

The ocean view + the beach, freshly equiped and spacious rooms, new venues, large relaxing zone/beach/pool side, a lot of sunbeds. Proper restaurant service.

I would expect bit better quality and choice of food (especially for dinners) and definitely better drinks (AI). The availability of pool/beach towels…really 20 USD deposit per pc required…even when You are AI?

The location, the room, the bed, the spa

The breakfast (terrible..), the management of the hotel, clearly not at a level of a 5 stars hotel

The location is perfect! The staff is very nice and they always try to help where it is needed. Every morning at the breakfast you have different kind of option that changes every day.

The internet connection wasn’t stable at al in my room. Lucky in the rest of the resort it was. I told the staff and they said that people where working on it. Unfortunately it could not get fixed during my stay.

Clean, modern and not overly crowded / large

Not a property issue but the beach ‘boys’/ locals - I know it’s an issue in Zanzibar but as a solo woman I don’t like being harrassed when walking from hotel beach into the sea - they did get the hint quickly though

Room cleanliness, sometimes i find bad smell in the room and towels should be changed everyday. There is no food variety

My second time here, and it won’t be the last! 💫 I absolutely love the location — and the peace of an Adults Only escape is everything! The hotel is lovely, the staff are always smiling, kind, and truly make you feel welcome. My room was super comfortable and cleaned daily, which made the whole experience even better. The all-inclusive option was definitely the right choice — relaxing without a worry! Big thank you for letting me extend my stay and enjoy every last moment before heading to the airport. Already counting down to next year. I’ll be back! 🌴✨

I also noticed a real improvement in the food compared to last time, which was great to see. If I could suggest anything, I’d love to see more veggie-only options — maybe fewer salads with meat or fish added by default, so vegetarians have more variety. That said, I really did enjoy the food overall! Thank you for letting me extend my stay — I appreciated every extra moment before heading to the airport. Already looking forward to next year! 🌴✨

Great pool, great location, very comprehensive

WiFi had major issues throughout the trip. Didn’t work in the rooms and was often down for large portions of the day.
