The location of the property was amazing and the area Radisson covered at the location was exceptional. The facilities for kids like the play area and the FUN PARK was fun for the kids. Overall, it seems Radisson did a great job with the location and amenities provided by them.

Our room i.e. Superior room with balcony had issues. We had to change the rooms thrice in the 2 nights we were staying. The first room had a shorter matteress compared to the bed size . We had gone with a 5 year old, so it was difficult adjusting even though we had booked a king size bed. The second room again had issue with the bed as the spring of the matteress was worn out and made noise even when we sat on it. Our entire night's sleep got disturbed with it. Great restaurant and food. The breakfast buffet is brilliant with so much variety. The staff is very helpful and cordial. Its a good place if you want to go and do nothing, coz there isnt much to do arnd the location.

The pool looks good, but it is not safe for kids, many sharp edges and dangerous steps. Even adults hit their feet on sharp edges and can easily be injured. The rooms were not very clean, a lot of dust on bed head and other surfaces. The rug in the room was very dirty, probably not cleaned in a long time. Lastly, the resort lost power continuously and there is no back-up automatic light in the room, so it goes completely dark, scary for kids and a risk again - not sure if this is usual or was a one off event.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an overall wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, offering a smooth check-in process.The lobby was beautifully designed with elegant décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious,and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, a touch that truly elevated the experience. The hotel’s restaurant served a delightful buffet, offering a wide range good quality good. The highlight of my stay was the hotel’s pool area provided a tranquil escape with stunning views of the surrounding landscape The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was also very very helpful. I cannot mentioned anyones name becuase each and every person in the hotel is wonderful and makes your stay easy and confortable.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa which was good value for money for a family of 5. We had a 2.5 yr old with us which meant we needed room service quite a few times but everytime it was reasonably prompt barring the odd occasion when it got delayed but not by a lot. The buffet dinner was amazing along with the breakfast which had a nice spread and lots of live counters. Wr could even park the car at the villa so we didnt need the valet. Overall nice for a max 2 day visit

The last stretch of the road has loads of potholes. Cleanliness could have been better in the villa as there was dust in the corners although not a lot but by Radisson’s high standards that could be improved

My overall experience was outstanding at Radisson. I booked the private villa, and it was amazing, and the service provided was up to the mark. It was my parent's anniversary and they came up with an amazing way to welcome us and they also decorated one of the rooms with a cake which was a great gesture. All the amenities and facilities were also up to the mark, along with the service provided by the staff out there. Additionally, the food was also just amazing and up to the standards of the property. Great property overall, and I would highly recommend a stay or a getaway at Radisson Karjat.

One small negative from my stay: there is sewage right next to the property, and some areas of the property give out a foul smell, which could have been worked on. Overall, nothing else in the negatives.

Breakfast is always excellent with Radisson hotels. Pool, spa, evening activities, food, property and location all was a plus for me. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. Staff is very cordial and helpful. They even have a kids play area and games arcade which is like a additional benefit so you have plenty to do at the property itself

Room hygiene could have been better. It was clean but overall feel could be better. I have visited their Nashik hotel and the room feel itself was luxurious which i thought lacked here. There were some visible wall cracks and room flooring also looked old.

The approach road is bit tiresome as being situated in small town, it's not in the best condition for smooth ride. Was bumpy ride to the resort after leaving the highway. Breakfast and Dinner was awesome, had too many options in Buffet to select from. Plus the staff and Chef were courteously serving as per demand. The Game zone was fun. The Spa service was excellent too. Had a relaxing staycation.

Approach road should be better. We were given a room in ground floor where the balcony was facing the small farming area outside, which smelled of manure, hence we could not enjoy relaxing in balcony. Had to keep it closed.

The location/ ambience , cleanliness / courteous Staff , in particular, Mr Sheetal at the front desk / reception . The food was awesome . The Fun Zone was excellent fun . Overall excellent 👍

The dormitory for the drivers is in a bad shape ......my driver told me about this the next day morning & i personally paid a visit to the dormitory.......the place was stinking & untidy . The mattresses looked unwashed for years .......washrooms were in a bad shape & all this at an exhorbitant price . The management needs to work upon this & act upon asap

I like the service provided by the staff .Very attentive and quick service . I ordered food through room service and it was quick and efficient. Quality of food was excellent through I will recommend you to the hot food in hot box . So the food remain hot for longer period. Also the hotel provided khichdi and milk for baby on free of cost which again shows that its family friendly hotel and don't worry abt the kid food . Even the breakfast had a huge varieties for european as well as indian guest . Chai was perfectly made and served in Indian Local style. Pool side is huge and beautiful to swim . Staffs are super friendly.

Lights was fluctuating major of the time. One time we got stuck in elevator and that was scary for my kid .Though it got fixed within 3 to 4 minutes.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
