Beautiful resort with well appointed rooms, tasteful decor, quality linen and enough storage for personal belongings. Breakfast buffet was TERRIFIC! Italian restaurant excellent. But best is 750 Pizzeria and gift shop - you get pizza, ice creams, coffee, drinksand baked goods. they have a choice selection of swimwear and golf gear too...we went everyday! Poolside facilities very nice, particularly the loungers which were cushioned and super comfy. You do have to reserve first thing am to get a good spot! One of the best things was walkable access to multiple high quality restaurants on the strip. Less kids as its not all inclusive. Beach was amazing! Would definitely go back.

Better choice of beers

The overall comfort and location of the hotel. The fact it is right on the beach. The view from the room. Very efficient elevator. The sandwich shop is very convenient.

Putting a 4000usd “hold” on the credit instead of charging the room upfront is awkward if not stupid, if not driven by lack of managerial judgement or training. Some of the helping staff want to do too much so they end up acting like “clowns” instead of helpful. A nice uniform can never replace a brain.

The staff, all very professional and friendly. The pool area. The Beachwalk restaurant next to the pool was amazing for lunch. The beef fajitas specially were greatly appreciated. We had amazing pasta at the GUSTINO ITALIAN GRILL restaurant. The prices were comparable to restaurants in London. Order the tiramisu for the presentation not the taste. The location was also very nice short cab drive to the La Isla shopping centre. There are a few restaurants outside of the hotel but for I would choose the restaurants in the hotel better quality same price. The little shop in the hotel has pizza slices for a late night snack or lunch, they also had amazing ice cream. Overall an amazing stay and experience for our first time in Mexico. I also enjoyed the Spa centre at the hotel the have a equipped gym with free weights and machines.

Pool area needs more loungers, having to go at 6.30am to secure one was a bit of a stress, staff did their best to accomodate everyone, pricing of food in the coffee shop was crazy expensive, ridiculous pricing

the location of the hotel was outstanding if your not looking for an all inclusive resorts with many different restaurants just across the street. The hotel is very clean with great view on the beach and outstanding staff and services.

The staff was amazing. From the moment we reached they were very helpful and super friendly. I have never experienced staff like this who cared about us so much. By the end of the trip, it felt as if we were all family and we got nice farewell treats and everything. Food here is pretty good and the rest of the resort is breathtaking. Every single room has an amazing view of the ocean and the pool was really nice. Lots of greenery makes it feel very spacious.

I wish there was more of a choice for restaurants. There are 3 options of which only 1 open for breakfast and none for lunch.

The staff is extremely courteous. The downside was the extra charge for breakfast. I booked through Booking, and it stated that breakfast was included. In the end, I had to pay an additional approximately $400 per day for breakfast and full board, which came with many limitations.

This resort was gorgeous. The room was beautiful and the bed was pretty comfortable. The service from all of the staff was top notch. someone was always there to help out.

The food at all of the restaurants was not the best. The only decent food was by the pool, but it still gave us all an upset stomach. The drinks were all watered down. The sangria that I ordered tasted like fruit punch. I don’t even think there was any wine in it.

Spacious room, very clean, wonderful facilities and services is decent. One of the few hotels that is not an all inclusive.

A tube of sunscreen in the store costs 80 US dollars!
