I liked everything. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There was a wide variety of food you could choose from and it was delicious. The facility was clean. Several pools. Fun activities throughout the day. Really great daily night shows. We were there while hurricane Beryl passed through and they took safety precautions for all the guests. They got backed up with maintenance for a day because of hurricane but it was understandable since I imagine they were short staffed for a day. Besides that, everything was great! Beach was beautiful too. I liked the restaurant at the beach with beautiful view. I also liked the adult only jacuzzi bar at the beach with swing seats.

Room was nice, clean. Staff is very friendly throughout the pools. Nightly shows were fun. Food is pretty good at each of the variety restaurants. Coffee shop ladies were great!

They only clean room every other day so may have to ask for items or bottles of water more often (don't drink local water). Hallways are loud (no carpet) when people slam doors or talk late at night.

Very friendly staff. Different restaurants to choose from , all with excellent food. The hotel is clean and well maintained, the pools and the beach are really good. Gym and Spa very easy to visit.

There were a lot of construction going on, so there was noise all day in the room and the other parts of the hotel.

The service was great, the staff was very friendly and attentive! There are so many food options, something for everyone. Resort was nice, and looks like work is currently being done.

The only issues were getting bottled water and our room fridge never got restocked even when we called and asked. The check-in process was a little too long when you've been traveling all day.

The room was a decent size with comfortable beds. The pools are amazing with several to choose from. The servers were always making sure our drinks were flowing.

I was hit immediately upon entry by the timeshare salesperson. They made it look like she was checking us in, because she was gathering information about me - including taking my passport and photocopying it. Don’t fall for this! Go straight to the check in counter, where I ended up needing to go anyway. They also copied my passport (which is standard), but made me wonder what the timeshare people did with my information. There was urine on the toilet upon entering our room. I called and they sent housekeeping, but the spot was just smeared and not actually clean. I ended up having to clean it myself. The food… The food was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! Every single restaurant was crappy, disgusting, cheap food. The only thing that was somewhat edible was their pasta.

Was clean lots of pool space although the water was awfully cold.

My main complaint is that their dinner reservation system failed completely. We were told to check in to use the app only to find out that it did not work. After waiting in line every morning to make reservations at one of only three choices when we showed up for our reservations, we were never on the list. It felt as if they were forcing us to eat at the buffet every night. For the price we paid buffet eating was not what we were looking for. Also, we had two children with us, but we’re not aware that the youngest would not be able to be in the kids club without an adult because he was three first time With kids, this was not what we were expecting

I recently stayed at the Wyndham All-Inclusive Resort in Cancun with my best friend, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our room was impeccably maintained, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering both modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail in housekeeping did not go unnoticed and made our stay especially enjoyable. The beach was stunning, with pristine sand and clear turquoise water - with a lot of seaweed though. Ample seating and attentive staff ensured that we could fully unwind and enjoy the beautiful setting. Each dinner & breakfast was a highlight, with diverse menu selections, fresh ingredients, and excellent service. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and hospitality throughout our stay. This resort exceeded our expectations in every category, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only minor suggestion I have is that the shower drain could flow a bit faster. It wasn’t a major issue, but improving this would make the overall experience even better.

The food changed a lot since we last came in Dec 2023. Food was more exotic, and tastier late time. This time the Breakfast wasn’t nearly as optional, as well as there not being as many exotic dinner options as last time at any of the restaurants. It seems like cost- cutting measures have been taken where they can. With this being said, our stay was still exceptional, and we will be back. I just wished we had the same food options as last time, it was much more to rave home about.

We've been staying at this property for over 13 years. This is our first time staying here as a Wyndham property. We're not "vacation owners" but love staying here because of the size, the staff, and the quality of the service! We noticed a difference in service and improvements to an already great hotel! We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room that was recently renovated. We were impressed with how Wyndham invests in the hotel, new paint, furnishings, food offerings, and modern updates. Gone is the old "pink" dated exterior, replaced with cool modern tones throughout the hotel. Overall, we still love this property! We will be back and love seeing the team members who remember you, always strive to make your stay unique, and always thank you for coming back! Some construction and improvements are going on. We had a crew grinding on the concrete near the pool the whole week to install NEW railings. It was a bit disruptive for a relaxing experience. However, I understand there's no good time to do this with a 24-hour property. So we rolled with it and will be looking forward to when the more significant projects are completed. If you stay here in the coming months, be aware that you may see or have some improvements going on.
