View was great, facilities and staff were all very lovely and lots to do on the property.

Room wasn't particularly well cleaned on our arrival and only very light cleaning throughout (floor was pretty dirty & previous guests items were found)

For the amount of pools they have, there are very limited sun loungers, nearly all of which are ‘grabbed’ by people either the night before of first thing in the morning, they leave down their personal belongings and then don’t use them! I was there 5 nights and did not get to lay by the pool once!!! This process needs to change!

The hotel and staff were great, except one of the front desk clerk. The food was great and the room was awesome.

My husband passed away in January and asked the front desk person if I could have him removed from the all inclusive part of the hotel bill, which he refused to do, but interesting enough he took the second bracelet and cut it up, so I could not use it even if I had wanted to and I had paid for it. There were other things that he tried to pull, but thanks to my daughter, he did not get away with it. I should have asked for the manager.

The pools and beach were beautiful, the rooms were spacious, everything was clean, and the staff was incredibly nice. Stayed here for a wedding and it was amazing.

I’ve definitely been to resorts with better food. Nothing was bad, but nothing was amazing.

The property was very clean and a welcoming ambiance. The beds were really comfortable. It was only 19 minutes from the airport. The complimentary water in the room and the wine and the fridge was always stocked. The front desk lady when we first checked was very kind and welcoming. I forgot her name.

The French restaurant for breakfast, my friend and I were sometimes ignored or not catered to as the other white counterparts. Also while sitting at the pool, the waiters will cater to white counterparts than us. And when they cater to us they have an attitude.

Location is great, food was really good, room could have been better. We reserved a king size bed, first room was recently updated i think, so it smelled a lot like oil paint. We got relocated to a second room with 2 beds... Bathroom shower was not working properly, no cold water in the shower. Water was so hot it was impossible to take a shower. Staff did send the maintenance guy, but he was not able to repair the issue. Frustrating thing is that we were not communicated that we still had no cold water.

Getting checked in was very efficient and fast. We were greeted right away, the concierge, staff and taxi were all very gracious. Our room had a great view of both the ocean and the pier. I also really enjoyed the restaurants atmosphere near the pool. It was open and airy.

Our room seemed a little older because our toilet was leaking, the sink and shower was not draining properly or fast and there was no way to adjust the air, whatever it was on was what it stayed on so it was pretty hot in our room. This wasn't a hotel issue, but I didn't like that guest were "reserving" the chairs and gazebos around the pool so each day we were there, there was nowhere to put our things. Luckily, one nice couple saw us looking and gave us theirs. The food was hit and miss. Sometimes the options were good, sometimes they were not. Also, we were told to set reservations for certain restaurants, but you had to do it 2 days in advance which didn't help at all because we were only there for 3 nights so the restaurant I wanted to go to I couldn't.

food was very good, stuff was super nice, entertainment, and activities was great! Room service also helpful! location is excellent! I like it a lot and would recommend this hotel.

but it was a little bit confusing from the beginning how restaurants are working. also on arrival was very very long check in, I was after my long journey and it really made me upset to check in for 1.5 h . The management definitely should think about it, as hotel is big but only two people working on the reception. for every question you should wait a least 20 min.

I liked the scenery, the pools and I love how the BR was set up with tub, shower and the wall that separate the toilet. The restaurants and bar was nice too even though there was a couple staff not so pleasant.

I didn't like some of food too hot and the drinks, but was to be expected all inclusive. There was confusion w/my transportation too. I ended up paying other taxis to and from resort to be sure I made my flight. My room wasn't what I expected because I chose double beds and oceanfront online, but when we arrived we was placed in a one bedroom and a view of resort next door and tennis court. And there was a table with wine and 2 wine glasses, but one chair.

The hotel was wonderful!! The location was great, as the view from the balcony included both the lagoon and the sea. The hotel has 3 gourmet restaurants, as well as a buffet restaurant, so foodies like us wanted for nothing. The beach itself was great, with white sand and warm turquoise water, and at a section where the beach wasn't very eroded, I had a lot of fun playing beach volleyball. The night entertainment was quite fun too, with Karaoke, and casino nights, as well as a masquerade party. Please keep in mind that this particular hotel is geared towards adults, as there aren't many activities for children.

The only gripe we had was with the TV. Since it's a smart TV, it constantly kept asking for permission to connect to a device. We tried turning off the feature, but it didn't work. Also, this is a suggestion, make sure you take enough to tip, as the ATM at the hotel only dispenses dollars, and is quite expensive. You can always ask the front desk to change your bills for smaller ones.
