Modern, minimalist style building with stunning roof terrace, infinity pool and pool bar. Overall, beautiful hotel and location not bad if you’re more of a pool lover definitely for you as there’s also pools at ground level. Towels very easy to find and come by. Food was very good overall, some exceptions. Service very good overall.

Walls are paper thin, could hear alarm in the morning from room next door, music from next door, doors slamming, people talking in the general hallway etc. and would have expected a new build to have thought about sound proofing. Cleaning could improve some dirt in corners of my room but sheets and towels were clean. Service at breakfast was not great, no tea I was told on the rare occasion I managed to get drink service at breakfast. Beach is a 5-8 mins shuttle ride away, the beach club is very beautiful but if you want to be on the actual beach sun loungers are squished together and it can feel a bit too close to each other.

Our recent stay at Hyatt Vivid was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The staff were constantly maintaining the place, ensuring that every corner was spotless. What truly set our experience apart was the superb staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. We had a friend in a wheelchair, and we were pleased to find that the hotel was fully accessible, making her stay comfortable and hassle-free. The culinary offerings at Hyatt Vivid exceeded our expectations. Each meal was a delightful experience, with the food being far better than we could have imagined. The variety of restaurants available made it hard for us to pick a favorite as each offered a unique and delicious dining experience. Entertainment at the hotel was top-notch. Whether it was enjoying the live performances or relaxing at the beach club, there was never a dull moment. The beach club, in particular, struck the perfect balance between lively and relaxing. Overall, our stay at Hyatt Vivid was filled with wonderful experiences. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness, the exceptional staff, the mouthwatering food, and the great entertainment made it a trip to remember. We highly recommend Hyatt Vivid for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway.

The app for the hotel could be improved.

Welcome on arrival, greeters and transport organisers were excellent.Cleanliness throughout ,quality of food, drink and furnishings was very good.Good selection of different restaurants.Always space around pool with plentiful suply of towels.Waiting staff were very attentive in the evenings but at breakfast they seemed to be less so.

Breakfast food was only warm and not hot, often had a long wait for coffee. Mini bar in room was not topped up daily. We chose adult only hotel looking for a peaceful break but poolside was exceptionally noisy at times with different music being played from poolside bar and animation team at the same time and often very loud.The only times we tried to use the roof terrrace or beach club there was never any space.

We had and incredible time at this property. What stood out throughout was the outstanding hospitality by all staff members – right from check-in to housekeeping, room service, the restaurants, the bars, and the rooftop pool. The resort itself is stunning, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We were spoilt for choice when it came to the delicious food options and enjoyed every meal, particularly the breakfast buffet. The cocktails were top-notch too! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we can’t wait to return. We’ll definitely recommend Hyatt Grand Vivid Island to anyone visiting Cancun!

The ladies at the buffet were so nice. The breakfast at the buffet was good. The staff were nice. Albert and Miguel very nice waiter’s. But breakfast at the Mediterranean breakfast was better and the dinner was amazing. The waiters were very friendly, polite and smiling. Bartender was very nice. But Victor was amazing checking on us to see if we needed anything and making sure everything was good. Bloom Bar, bartender Artemio was making different drinks they all delicious. A very nice person, my husband Alfredo and I had different conversations with him. and was happy with Erberto,Claudio,Berne, nice staff as well. smiling and helpful. The coco cafe Reyna and Jaide, took great care of us smiling and laughing with us. The beach staff was amazing! Delicious food and service! Joel the towel guy. He drew a picture on the towel for my birthday. He checked on us to see if we were doing well or need anything. Eridberto was by himself at the beach. He was fast and very efficient with the drinks. He was very apologetic if he was running late with the drinks. We understood him. It was great service! The lifeguard and the staff were very friendly. My husband likes to joke around and all of them laughing at his jokes. At the Mediterranean restaurant we didn’t have a reservation for breakfast and they accommodate us. We appreciate the hostess. I didn’t remember her name she was very nice. Tall and with long black hair. The tacos at the little van they were delicious. The staff at the out side bar they were really nice and friendly specially Guadalupe. The front desk really nice. The staff who received is and help us with our luggage were very helpful and nice people. Thank you to all of you!! Clean, beautifully designed, great activities and views

I intended to take an uber to take me to the airport, one of the hotel porters assured me I could get a cheaper rate with the local taxi and called it for me. Before the taxi arrived, he had changed the total price 2 times, each time higher. Then, when my luggage was in the boot and I had sat down in the taxi, he told me a different price again. It ended up being more expensive than an uber but I was already in the car, and I didn’t have enough time to wait for another taxi to arrive. The room service food could use improvement. The ATM only gives out $50 USD minimum, it would be good to have a range of notes readily available for excursions.

Stayed there for four night with my friends. Received a lovely welcome with a cocktail as soon as we arrived. The check in process was smooth. We booked three rooms and asked the front desk staff ( Roberto) to help put our rooms on the same floor.. he did his very best The breakfast had a lot of variety. Amazing sausage!!!! The restaurants has such good food and very tasty food. Resort had quite an engaging number of activities and games with music in the evening / night. The music actually doesn’t get into the rooms, which is perfect. Staff were all quite friendly and helpful Rooms were cleaned everyday. The facility was neat. Had an amazing stay at this all inclusive resort and will definitely come back

The view, the pools, Drinks were amazing. Close to the airport. It also has a good gym. Food overall was good. Got a bottle of Champaign for our anniversary for free.

Not fully finished building. They ask you about allergies when booking and also visiting the restaurants, but then do not have any attention to it. Example putting gluten free signs where the bread was not gluten free. In general no good offer for gluten and lactose free needs. As expected in an all inclusive hotel, many guests go hard on the drinks and can be load.
