The room is so clean and nice. I’m appreciate that Yloft staff are professional, friendly and helpful, they are working hard, patient and so politely to everyone. The garden and living area are quiet and beautiful , I would like to recommend here. I will booking Yloft next time.

I can see the room floor are aging and mouldy, it’s makes people feeling uncomfortable, if the developer can repair it, that’s would be better.

The location was perfect. Just 5 minutes walk to the MTR Station to travel anywhere. Buses, and taxis are very easily accessible. Cafes, shopping malls and eating places are very close walking distances. Many things are very cheap in Chai Wan, including eating out and eating in. Y Loft staff members are extremely helpful, kind, friendly, and very polite. Customer service is excellent. The two bedroom is very spacious, comfortable, very clean, and has air conditioner. Very happy traveller and customer! Highly recommend Y Loft to everyone! I will be back again.

Location is very convenient taking MTR ir buses. Airport Bus A12 to and from airport is easy and no need for connection. Best to download app to avoid waiting time as frequency is one bus per hour.

Didn't find anything to complain about

Convenient sky bridge connections to MTR, nearby plazas, eateries and shops. Our 3 BR room on top floor, had a great balcony, good views, and large bathroom.

We checked out at 5:30am to catch our flight, and found the elevators not working. The service elevator was screened off. Had to call front desk and were told to use the service elevator. Guests should be informed when elevators are shut down and what to do if they need access after hours. The hallway also needs to be cleaned and repainted. Y-Loft is on the top 3 floors of Youth Square. Better wayfinding directions to rooms would be helpful.

1. I like to temperature of water and the water pressure in the shower. 2. I also like the environment of Y Loft a lot! It gives you a sense of youth and energy! 3. The price for a twin bedroom is perfect! 4. It is very close to Chai Wan MTR station.

1. The wall of my room is not that sound-proof, I could hear the sounds from adjacent rooms clearly. 2. You need to spell your full name to the security guard if you would like to check in after 11pm. The way to your room is also blocked if it's after 11pm.

Probably a good value for Hong Kong. Big room, generally quiet, good overall facilities. Very close to MRT, decent food options in area. Photos are a bit misleading, they make it look like a small place around a courtyard. It's a high rise just like everything else.

Beds were extremely hard, about like sleeping on the floor. Seriously. Probably the hardest 'bed' I've ever tried to sleep on. Mini-fridge did not work. Buildings is a bit old, so no USB charging ports. I was able to use the shaver outlet.

I would say the location is very convenient. Easy to take the public transportation. Walk along covered footbridge around 5 mins to MTR station and within 25 mins arrive in Causewaybay..... Beside of that, there is a lot of local shops nearby and price is very cheap.The hostal network is super stable and with self service laundry room. Room is clean. And Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room also with balcony option which I may pick during next visit. Overall very satisfied.

Spacious room with 3 large single beds. Less than 5min covered walkway to MTR and there are 2 shopping malls nearby. Very convenient to get everyday needs. The self serve laundry room with ironing facilities is of reasonable price.

The exhaust fan in bathroom was very weak. The small fridge in the room wasn't cold enough to make beer cold :).

Convenient next to MTR station, artistic original paintings on the walls in the room, part of the reason I chose this hotel the art and activities for youth.

The gym was too small and few equipment also the laundry room was part of the attraction for my long stay yet most of the washers/dryers were out of order!
