I recently stayed at a hotel in Leipzig and had a generally positive experience. Despite arriving very late, around 2 AM, the check-in process was friendly, professional, and, most importantly, prompt and efficient, allowing us to get to our room quickly. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and featured a very comfortable bed. Parking was easily accessible and there were a lot of places available. The hotel lobby was cosy and modern decorated. The hotel's location is ideal, with just a short walk across one street to reach the historical old town, making all major attractions easily accessible on foot.

The breakfast did not meet expectations for the price paid; I would recommend exploring the numerous cafés and bakeries in the old town for more satisfying and cost-effective breakfast options.

This hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment. Every facility is brand new. From the moment I entered the property, service was exemplary. Facilities are of the highest grade. The hotel is situated on a very busy thoroughfare, with 4 tram stops just outside and a busy 6 lane road. The insulated glazing excludes ALL noise from the busy street below. My room faced the street, and I never heard a thing! Complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. The location is ideal, and every attraction in the centre is easily walkable, even for an ageing person such as I am. I will most certainly book the accommodation again when I next visit Leipzig, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Nothing not to like.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Just at the heart of the city. It was very easy to explore the city from the hotel. The room was a bit small, but comfortable. We stayed with our dog for a fee, it was also an easy process.

The only thing I can say is, the hotel is charging for the dog, that is understandable and acceptable, but there was nothing in the room for the dog. I know some hotels who put a dogs basket/bed and a water bowl for the dog. I would expect at least the bowl.

I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, I stay in Leipzig frequently and for the price it compared very well. The location was excellent with fantastic transport facilities to get all around the city. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable too.All in all, I think I have found a hotel for again and again.

My only criticism is that where the bath was, is on a level next to the bed and the floor was exactly the same but on a step and during the night I got up and fell over because it could not be seen. I would have liked a luminous strip on the edge step for night time.

The room was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We really loved how close the hotel was to the center of Leipzig and the main train station. The free coffee and pastries was a lovely touch; especially when enjoyed on the nice quiet terrace :)

The glass door to the toilet, and shower in the middle of the bedroom, seemed a little strange at first. But easily overlooked when considering the price, location, and helpful staff.

I enjoyed the breakfast however I would like more fruit eg bananas and the watermelon was limited so didn't get to have any for breakfast

It would be nice if some complimentary water could be put in room as have had this in other hotels and quite expensive to purchase from vending machine also the hand wash gel was no fully topped up when we arrived for our stay and ran out before the end of the stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has comfortable seating area incide and outside. We got free tea & coffee in the lobby, which was very nice after a day of walking :)

It's not comfortable to sleep with the open windows, as the tram line is right in front of the hotel. But I have to say that air-conditioning is working well and is rather quite, so it's not a problem to sleep.

Breakfast and 24 hours coffee was very pleasant

The room was super small and very simple in design and fasilities. Bathroom and toilettes are in the middle of room and separated with some glass partitions. Since toilet is just separated from your bed by a partition and the above space is open even if you close the door, when you use toilet, you have to open the windows otherwise the whole room smells like toilet …

The room was extremely clean, with a great view of the Richard Wagner square. It was also warm and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very close to the city centre making everything easily and quickly accessible on foot, but even when transport was needed there is a tram stop right outside the hotel.

I would have liked a kettle in the room, but using the coffee machine in the lobby was free of charge so it made up for it. Also a small desk with a chair would have been nice since the room was spacious, but overall these are personal preferences.

24h reception is great for late-night arrivals or if you need to leave early in the morning. Incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms with everything you need. Free coffee and croissants all-day is an unexpected bonus! Location is incredible if travelling by train, it's close (walkable in 5 minutes) to the train station and city center. Prices are good unless there is a big event in town. Very comfortable stay overall!
