Staff friendly and always available. Location..easy to get to many restaurants and casinos

We checked in an hour past 3 and there were no first floor rooms available..with no elevator hard for person with issues..they were booked so I understand..

Noisy upstairs neighbor, my fault for not calling about them. TV had spotty reception....

Very friendly and helpful, very clean, stayed 2 nights, and they came in the second day and made bed and brought in clean towels. Very great place to stay.

The mobility accessible room is on the 2nd floor no elevator in building .I walk with a walker so that was not available to me .

They took care of us very well. I got sick that night and my husband had an speaking appointment with the church, and they let me stay an extra hour and a half tell he came back and got me. Very kind people.

When we got to the motel, they had us staying on the second floor, which is a problem. We are older and carrying all our luggage up a flight of stairs is a real issue for us. the nice lady at the front desk, juggled some things around and set us up with a king room on the lower floor. Very friendly, very accommodating, clean room with very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was very comfortable, once you got on it. Lol. It was high. Everything was very clean, staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very good.

It is conveniently located on the main drag of Shawano, Green Bay St. The motel was clean, if a bit dated. The unit’s air conditioner was quickly able to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

I have nothing that was negative.

Excellent staff fair, understand the needs of the customer. Bosses/staffing Will go out of their way to make sure you are accommodated for any needs that you need as well as calling a cab using the phone if you need supplies they're pumped up to hesitate to bring or have someone waiting to you wonderful people and that's why I chose this place to stay in the near future God bless 2 all...my experience here will never be forgotten.... Staff was super nice. The room was in good repair. It was a great value for the price. The beds were super clean and fairly comfortable. The continental breakfast had a little something for everyone. They also gave free- play for the local casino.

It looked like a previous visitor had peed on one of the chairs at the little table in the room and also a previous pet had pooped in a corner and the mark was visible on the carpet. At breakfast, they ran out of coffee and juice by the time we got there and wasn’t refilled.
