The kid's pool was fantastic! Having a view of your littles from any table you pick is a bonus. The room was perfect size for our family of five. Didn't feel too cramped.

The staff wasn't friendly. Our check-in process consisted of the front desk personnel chatting up a coworker the entire check-in, then quickly telling us breakfast hours before turning away. Everything else was great!

The capacity of the dining area was pretty good; I didn't feel like I was eating on top of other guests. The beds were very comfortable and had enough sheets/blankets on them without me trying to find more. The shea butter bars of soap smelled amazing. The water/pool area has encouraged us to come back with our whole family for a longer weekend stay sometime!

The hot breakfast (mostly eggs & sausages); just needed some potatoes or something.

We didn’t eat breakfast. Had an early appointment and left before we could get breakfast.

Lower rates on the Presidential suite during less than peak times. Need to make sure the bathrooms are clean including the toilet. Lighting to get to the bathroom not adequate for walking from the bedroom to the bathroom in the dark.

Fitness room was kept at 80 degrees, 1 broken treadmill and lack of supplies. Air conditioner leaked pretty excessively.

The rooms are very comfortable. I like the location as it is close enough to a highway, but without the noise. The convenience to local sights and restaurants is a bonus. Our Grandkids love the pool. Very kid friendly.

Everything about the hotel was nice. I just don't like the round about roads in Green Bay, They are very confusing. Luckily the side roads are an alternative.

We love staying here to swim its perfect for the littles and the slightly older. The staff is always nice and very accommodating!! This is always my first choice when staying in a hotel!

I hate that the pool closes so early. It would be awesome if there were night time adult hours. I could kill to soak in the jacuzzi without my screaming children even for just 30 min

Food, Water park, and the staff We had no air the first day of our stay. I spoke with staff and she came in and fixed it..

The door of our room was messed up, which made us have slam the door.

Loved the pool area! Clean and everything was in working order! Perfect for my kids, and the hot tub was great. Breakfast was delicious and fully stocked. Our room was clean. The bartender at 1951 was friendly and nice to talk to.

The bar was a bit far from the pool.

That we were told we had to get two rooms because we had 4 kids that were all under 10. We would have to split up and pay for two rooms as one family. We had a 1,6,7,and 9. Which all of us fit in the one room. The lady was very understandable and gave us a deal. We had no clue you had to count baby's towards the room count. I thought we just needed to list them so they new how many in the room for fire code. She was great and handle it appropriately.

Clean and conveniently located near a Meijers. Had a pool w slide for kids . The restaurant was so good.

The scent of the chlorine in the pools were strong, filling even the second floor scent.
