The hotel staff were friendly and other residents were very friendly too. Facilities good but we didn't use them. There is a bar, restaurant, snack shop and pool. Room was big with tv, seating area, desk, kitchenette, fridge, microwave

The hotel is dated in both the layout and the rooms. For the price that we paid, I would have expected more up to date furnishings. It feels as though Hyatt have not invested in this hotel, but as it was my first stay with this chain, I am not sure. It doesn't feel like a 4 star, only 2 paper cups available, no cutlery. Located on the very edge of the town, like an industrial estate

The rooms were clean and VERY comfortable! We had a group of 7 people and reserved two rooms which were perfect sized! We got a lot of room for our buck! The beds and pillows were super comfy and it was very quiet which was a huge bonus concerting how large the place is! I’ve had plenty of experiences where the property I was staying at was NOT quiet. :/

I WAS slightly frustrating that you had to pay for parking AND if you wanted breakfast you had to pay for that as well, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying here again! However when I was at the check-in counter the kind gentleman signed me up to be a member and told me that he would waive the parking fee for my first stay, but I still ended up having to pay $12 for parking which was a little disappointing!

The location was absolutely perfect. It was centralized in-between everything we wanted to visit which included the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Chuck E Cheese and one of their malls. The pool area was absolutely amazing and made our daughters birthday weekend and kiddos spring break extra special. The room was also spectacular and the option of closing the door off in-between the bedroom and kitchen/ living room area was also great. It allowed for more privacy and quiet away from what the kiddos were doing. They could watch there own programming and play on their devices while we could watch our own TV in the next room over. We look forward to visiting this hotel again in the future!

There isn't anything we found that we disliked about our stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

Loved the size of the rooms with the separate sitting area and bar with small kitchenette. Bed & pillows were very comfortable! Rooms were also quiet. We were right outside the elevator and we never heard anything. The pool & hot tub area was also AMAZING! Clean & perfect temps. So relaxing! Also a sauna & steam room available. Staff was very friendly, even just when meeting in the elevator or around the property. Convenient to the attached convention center and also walking distance to some bars & restaurants downtown within a few blocks.

Parking situation could be better. Small lot outside and overflow is across in a parking garage. We got lucky and got in the small outdoor lot, but it can get full when there’s a conference at the convention center. Would be quite a hike with your luggage if you have to use the parking garage. Also no continental breakfast since there is a restaurant on site.

We were treated amazing by staff. From the front desk to the bartenders to the person working the store. Every one was very helpful and went out of our way to make our experience wonderful. Very clean nice rooms.

There was a dance and gymnastics competition so the restaurant had a limited menu but we weren't informed about that till we decided to order. I don't think they should have a limited menu... your restaurant in the hotel should be able to handle business even when it is at capacity....that is when you make your money. Also the elevator is way too slow it needs an upgrade. Beds are a bit hard.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for extra towels and someone was at the room handing them to my family before I even had a chance to go back upstairs. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Beautiful facility and convention rooms. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked very nice.

Gated parking is an extra charge. It makes sense given the location, but it would have been nice to know in advance. We were there for a convention and didn't have any reason to leave the hotel for the whole weekend, but it did not to appear to be the kind of neighborhood where a person would want to go for a walk alone after dark.

Location - Pool for grandkids- Renovation done in lobby! Room spacious/ perfect! Samantha went above & beyond accommodating us! My husband had a fairly recent knee replacement (some complications-almost had to cancel) gave us a room very close to the elevator! We were greeted by young man happy to see us make it (didn’t have to cancel)! Very personable!! Everyone!!

Beautiful atrium/lobby, I got a top floor room with a balcony and was the biggest/nicest room I've ever stayed in, the pool and fitness room was a nice plus and the breakfast was amazing!

The only things that bothered me was how it's a non smoking rooms and when I had my balcony door open, multiple times throughout the night I could smell cigarette smoke from the guests a few rooms down smoking on their balcony. Also, how the mini fridge seemed to be faulty because I had a full $8 ice cream thaw out while sitting in the freezer compartment. When I got in the room and put my food in there, I noticed the temp dial inside the mini fridge pretty low, so I turned it up a bit because of the ice cream and it seemed like it was turned down low instead.

The staff was extremely nice and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The parking situation was a bit odd with a small lot in front of the hotel that filled up quickly and an overflow lot across the street. It wasn't terrible, but a bit of a hassle when we arrived late at night and we weren't aware of the limited parking.

The room was clean, cozy. Beautiful hotel. Loved the Christmas tree in the atrium!!!

We ended up having to pay twice for parking!! $10 when we checked in and then the next time we left we had to pay another 12$!!! That is a rip off.
