Helpful and very friendly staff; really liked the warm cookies upon check-in, it was a clean room.

Could have benefitted from an explanation of how parking works rather than finding a paper stuck under wiper halfway down the street. Breakfast was adequate; mini scones were very dry, bananas were bruised and black, and I think the yogurt had frozen at some point judging by curdled and watery texture. Eggs and sausage were okay, the staff kept the area clean and items replenished.

The shuttle to the game! That wasn't expected, Great ammininty. Breakfast was so good. Parking was included with stay. Loved our big suite. Everyone was so nice. Was able to check in early, and the room was clean.

Nothing major, just nitpicky. TV programs need to be updated. Lol Like back in the 90s, trying to find something to watch. No TV guide or apps. The nightstand USB chargers were not working. The shower door wouldn't stay closed, so water was everywhere. I'm pregnant and wished decaf coffee was served all the time. We wished we had another option for pillows they killed our necks. But we will bring our own next time.

The hotel was clean and inviting. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool area was clean and pool was actually warm. The room was also clean and in good shape.

The breakfast had good options but the staff was lacking in keeping it full. Most of the time people were waiting for them to put food out. Even when they weren't very busy. Also on our last day when I let the kitchen know they were out of waffle mix she was rude about it especially when she came out to fill it.

Beds were very comfortable and loved our view!! The front desk girl was so accommodating and happy. And at brkfst we enjoyed the food immensely and the girl that worked the brkfst was outstanding. Always cleaning and thoughtful towards us. You would have sworn she had met you many times before.

Room clean. Staff friendly and responsive to our request for additional towels daily. Breakfast area clean and with good selection.

Upon checkout, clerk at desk unfriendly. Request two bottle of water for my trip home and received a stern notification that if I wasn't a honors member she should not give it to me but this one time she would. I had no problem with getting bottled water at the front desk the three days I stayed there. it just put a bad ending to a great stay. I could not remember if I'm a honor member, I believe I am. She didn't bother to look it up.

Convince, parking, quiet, pool, breakfast, and clean

The coffee maker in the room had an attachment that did not fit so making coffee was a nightmare. Splashed myself with hot coffee. Spiders in the pool room. Both of which I did mention to the front desk as we were leaving. So hopefully they will be able to fix.

We went to the Resch center for a concert. It was only about 10 minutes away.

There was no real entrance. The parking was there with some sliding doors, but there was no sign above saying, "Welcome to the hotel. Very strange.

Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and had perfect hours. Loved the afternoon cookies but time available not consistent.

The outlets in the room didn’t hold charger plugs tightly, they were all too loose. I also had trouble plugging in my CPAP.

Great location, right by Fox River. Easy access to historic sites, and walk along the river trail and enjoy the sunset. Very clean, quiet, accommodating staff, complimentary chocolate chip cookies and hot beverages, comfortable beds. Delightful breakfast choices, has the best western omelette so far for a 3-star hotel.

There was a snowstorm and parking lot was not plowed very well. Lighting not great in bathroom and no exhaust fan. State dart ball tournament in town. It was very loud in hallway, congregating in hallways and slamming doors, etc
