The hotel has a delightful surprise. There's a huge pool/spa facility hidden inside. Free to guests, seems like it has also served as an indoor swimming / party destination. We were also delighted by Olga's honest housekeeping staff who retrieved some articles we had left in the room's safe, and also by Kevin at the front desk who secured those articles so they were immediately available when we returned the next day.

Some sounds from adjoining rooms may leak through the locked doors.

I'm actually in love with this hotel. Is it the most fancy hotel in the world? Nope. Did I care? Also nope. It reminded me of what hotels were like when I was a kid in the 1980s. They weren't all just the same - they had character. This place has character. The pool room is EXCELLENT! The pool is huge and beautiful. The hot tub was divine. The game room had a lot of nice games to play. Breakfast had a nice selection. The pool room area is a little noisy on the weekends, so if you want peace and quiet - I'd suggest booking away from this area. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints and I would definitely stay again.

Although the hotel is a little on the older side, they are making updated renovations. We were fortunate getting a room that was already updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great and appreciated. We really loved the pool, hot tub, and game room for our kids. They even had slot machines for us adults. The convenience store was nice too. I would definitely stay here again.

Very expensive during packer game season. I wish they didn't sky rocket the price just because there was a game going on. I also wish they served hot coffee all day. They took away the hot coffee after breakfast each morning. I am an avid coffee drinker so it would have been nice to have out all day long. I would also have loved to see packets of different flavored teas like a lot of hotels have by the front desk with the coffee as I like to unwind with hot tea at night. These two options, although minor, would have made the stay absolutely perfect.

The breakfast is great. They switch up the options on different days. Like, biscuits and gravy are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sunday they have potatoes. We enjoy the breakfast options. Would be nice if they added bacon. The pool is nice and even has a section that goes 7 ft deep. The hot tub is nice and hot. There is even a smaller kiddy pool a game room is available that needs a game card you can reload. And there is also a small gym that consists of a treadmill and stationary bike. There are no actual weights.

The beds could be softer. I'm not a fan of firm beds. And the toilet paper is so thin you can see through it.

Convenient, clean, and fairly comfortable

We brought our dog and had an adjoining room with another guest (who we didn't know) who had a dog. I would highly suggest not assigning rooms to strangers who have pets. The dogs didn't bark at each other but would not settle down and relax because they were "on guard" the entire time. It made it very difficult to sleep.

Great location, , Clean, Food was good.

The only thing that was neg was the lady that took care of the dinning rm in the mornings. She would sit there at a table and stare at people and kept looking at her watch the whole time when people came for breadfast til they left. She would give some of the nasty looks that you ever seen bec people would come in to eat regarless how early.

Breakfast had many options and hot food choices changed everyday. Room was large and clean. Close to all of our activities such as Bay Beach and Lambeau. The pool area was large and they have a shallow kiddy pool if you have little ones.

They do have “live in” guests at the property, which wasn’t a problem, but just wasn’t expecting it. Hotel is slightly run down, but clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with tips about what to do withing walking distance of the motel. The rooms were nice and the indoor pool area was great. We were unfamiliar with the area, but found it was great for a walk along the river, with good restaurants and even a farmers market near by.

The lighting & fan options in the bathroom. It would be nice if they were on different switches. Very noisy for those bathroom breaks when you don't want to wake up your roommates while they're sleeping 😌. The doors were hard to open & close, stuck quite a bit.

We were in town for a show and the theatre is only two blocks down the street so that made this location very convenient. We didn't have to pay for additional parking We just walked. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and definitely better than just plane cold Bakery items and fruit.

There was a intermittent low pitched grinding sound that we called the front desk about but of course when they came down to attempt to identify what it could be the sound didn't occur. Later on when it did reoccur it was when I was using our sink so I am wondering if it could be the pipes causing the sound. Also when looking around the room it was noted there was a small burn hole on the seat of the loveseat in the room and the attached back cushions both had tears in the top corners as though someone had pulled at the seams and opened them up on accident. The bed/frame is no heavy and the floor doesn't have any carpet so when getting into bed one had to be careful not to make the bed slide away. Other than that it was quite comfortable.
