Staff was really nice, the place looked great and close to Packer attractions.

The only small thing was it would have been nice if there was information in the room where things are located at. I was wanting to get some ice and didn’t know where it was at. I called down to the front desk to ask and they didn’t know where it was either. I did eventually find it. One other small thing was , it would be nice to have the option to turn the lights off under the bed at night . It gets really bright in there and I do personally like it dark to sleep.

Most everything about the place! The Roof Top Bar with very fair prices. The Dining Room. All the help are courteous and look directly at you and smile and say hello, rather than looking down or away. The room was spotless with minor imperfections such as house keeping needs to refill the body soap container.

The bed was rock hard. I woke up every 2o minutes the first night. The second night was better only woke up every hour. The third night I was either beat or getting used to it that I only woke up 3 times.

Nice hotel. Great location. The bed was comfortable and I liked the rain shower.

The lighting in the room was awful. If there were dimming switches that would have been awesome. The couch and chair in the room were very uncomfortable. I felt I was paying for design instead of comfort. Also the spa prices are over priced. I have worked for over 20 years in the salon and spa industry and have worked with amazing healers. We just don’t believe you are offering the best service when it comes to greed. Prices should be accommodating for most people to afford. That mindset is because all people need to relax. I can get a 90 minute massage for 120 from a holistic health practitioner.. I chose not to use spa services at the hotel.

Excellent ambiance throughout...rooftop bar, restaurant, room. Great staff. Nice to have excellent food and drinks on site. Typically hotel bars and restaurants are sub-par.

My only complaint is pretty petty. I didn't like the automatic light in the bathroom. The bathroom was right next to the bed and that bright light would come on before one could close the door. There might have been a way to turn it off but I couldn't figure it out.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The bartenders at the bar were exceptional. Some of the food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. We would definitely book this hotel again. Absolutely stunning rooms. The staff was amazing.

Some of the food in the restaurant wasn’t the best. I ordered eggs Benedict and the poached eggs were hard. The shrimp cocktail was OK. The bread with dinner was as hard as a rock. Other than that, the food was excellent.

Had a few housekeeping issues not getting coffee or clean cups in the room and socks left under bed by previous visitor and we were out of toilet paper before it was replaced .. odd

My Queen Mobility suite was not available when we arrived. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. It was outstanding. We had a great dinner at Heritage the first evening. I had a massage just before leaving for home. It was a great 2 nights with a spectacular view.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Room was spacious, well stocked and comfortable. Spa on site is fantastic! Lovely restaurant and bar, also on site and all in visual distance of Lambeau Field. Easy access to multiple external restaurants/bars; short trip to airport.

Very clean, beautiful hotel. The view of Lambeau was amazing.

For the price, I feel like there should be at least breakfast included or something. There’s not even a pool. I understand that we are paying for the location basically but I don’t think the price was worth all of it.

shower head in ceiling was not convenient for someone who doesn’t want to get hair wet , should have a wall mounted option , disappointed with downstairs restaurant, expected it to be better
