The breakfast, the spa area, and the great location! The whole thing was awesome, and the place was beautiful with options for food right next door! ( even a great coffee spot) Also, surprise bunnies jumping around! Close enough to the stadium without it being overwhelming! First time to greenbay, and we will be back!

Trying to talk to a manager about our checkout day seemed impossible. We were asked to come back each morning from thur-sat & no one was in any day! ( But that's okay. Everything worked out in the end)

The room was clean. The pool and hot tub had generous hours. The front desk was friendly and expedient with check in and when I forgot the keys in room. Breakfast was abundant.

The fireplace/heat element did not work in the “living room” area. We could not close the door dividing the two due to this. Our kids were staying on the pull out in that room. I’m when booking we acquired a room with a kitchenette that included a stove top. However we received a roomed without one.

Easy to check in, clean room, plenty of towels, nice to offer a coffee maker in the room with grounds and tea packets, the sausage and juices at breakfast were nice. It wasn't great, but it was perfectly adequate and nice.

Breakfast was mediocre. Some things were practically empty even with 2 hours left in the breakfast time, and there wasn't any salt or pepper for some reason. Also, the price changed for some reason and was neither well explained nor clear. Nothing different than you'd expect.

It was good. I would have liked some walnuts for the oatmeal.

I was in room 231. I reported to the front desk that the air conditioner turned itself off about 2:30 in the morning. Then you have to get up,turn on the lights, and turn it back on, and then not be able to go back to sleep. The air conditioner didn't get fixed and I spent two nights with only 4 hours of sleep.

Friendly staff that went above & beyond! Very clean, comfortable and near some great places to eat at as well. Loved that the pool & hot tub was open until midnight because we got in a little later & had time to enjoy it. Wish I had gotten the sweet lady’s name at the front desk, she called me when someone turned in a bag we had lost, it had our passports inside! So thankful:)

Not one negative thing to say!

Clean, quiet, comfortably warm, and close to hospital where spouse was having surgery. Employees were really nice and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job tidying and restocking our room while spouse was having surgery. Coffee was good too. So thank you all for helping us be less anxious at this time.

Breakfast wasn’t so great. But oatmeal was good and lobby coffee and cookies was available when leaving to pick up spouse after hospital stay. Pool and hottub areas were shut down but we were told that before our stay, which is an exceptional service not seen in other facilities.

Fan in our bathroom didn’t work, pool area needs to be cleaned daily of bandaids and gum in and around pool. For most part very clean. Also keys should not be deactivated until check out time. We couldn’t get back into out room after 11am and had not checked out yet. Person at desk blamed us for deactivation of our cards.

The breakfast room was nicely tucked away from foot traffic, unlike most other places I’ve stayed. Also, regarding the elevator. In most of the places I’ve stayed where I was on the second floor or above, the elevator takes forever to operate. Push the button and wait too long for the door to open. Step on and wait too long for the door to close. Then creep slowly upward, then when it finally stops, wait forever for the door to open. I really appreciate this elevator working quickly!

A couple of things: I did not appreciate being charged an extra $80 at checkin in case I damaged their room. Yes I’ll get it refunded at the end of my four night stay, but that came as a surprise and made me feel disrespected. On making my reservation I asked for a first floor room for my wife’s needs. They emailed me and said yes they could do this. On arrival I was told our suite was only on the second floor. Who’s sending those emails? Our room had an electric fireplace, but did not work at all. Lastly, the quality of their toilet paper is like sandpaper. We used our own.

The staff were really great, especially Anna the housekeeping inspector! She went out of her way to give us a ride to Lambeau Field because we missed the free shuttle that was offered! The rooms were very clean and the Continental hot breakfast was included! Loved the fact that we did not have to check out until noon! Kudos to Anna for helping us have a spectacular fun experience at the game! Will highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing

Everything was very clean and well kept. The pool area was especially nice with a little kid shallow splash area and the regular pool both easily seen from the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the staff staying on top of anything running low.

I hated that the other hotels we stayed at on our vacation weren't as nice. We took a long road trip around Lake Michigan, staying in there other hotels and while none were bad, they just didn't satisfy the same way. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay East, WI has set a new bar.
