Comfortable, spacious room with decent amenities! The hotel was very clean and obvious well maintained! The pool was huge and the entire pool area was very clean too! We enjoyed the late pool late hours so we could enjoy without all the kids around (nothing against kids having their fun! But sometimes you just want to be able to enjoy peacefully too, you know?). The staff were all courteous and polite and always seemed to have a smile!

The toilet in the bathroom sat VERY low (almost uncomfortably so) and I wish there had been a separate dedicated shower instead of the tub/shower combo. Also, what is it with hotels and the skimpy, tiny towels? I’m sure it’s because they don’t want to encourage them being stolen, but wow these towels were tiny!

Staff was amazing!! Wasn’t sure if we got a free random upgrade or the king rooms are just that nice. Was such a pleasant surprise and turned what was just suppose to be staying the night half way on a trip in to a great night! I had never stayed at an AmericINN and so I wasn’t sure how it would be but taking a chance I’m now going to keep the chain in mind! Staff was so nice and sweet! Very informative as well!

If I HADDDD to be a stickler, I’m picky about bedding and it was definitely a bit in the lighter side but that’s personal preference

Room was extra large and nice.

Person stocking the breakfast was not friendly. Waited and locked the door exactly at 9AM. Kind of pushed his way in to start removing items. Did not ask eating patrons if they needed anything else before he started taking items away. Most motels we stay at the staff ask if anyone wants something else before they close up. Otherwise all the other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant staff especially Chris at the front desk. The gentleman, Chafe, that tended the breakfast facility was exceptional in monitoring the needs of the hotel clients without being asked. The hotel was kept very clean. We did not use the indoor pool area, but people were enjoying it.

The mattress was lousy. Could feel all the lumps and bumps. The front desk had the mattress turned, but honestly it didn't help me.

This location was very good for us as we were mainly in the area to spend time in Door County. As this property is on the eastern side of Green Bay, it made it simple for us to get to Door County without having to deal with lots of city traffic. Very simple on/off of the freeway. Property was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. This property also still had daily housekeeping service which is a nice bonus.

We had an ADA accessible room with a stand-in shower, however the set up was not optimal. The design did not prevent water from spraying/leaking out into the main bathroom from the shower area, which left the floor a wet mess after a shower. Seemed fairly unsafe due to trying to walk out of a shower onto a wet and slippery tile floor.

There was no real breakfast, but the muffin they offered held us over. And it tasted good.

There must have been someone smoking in their room on the second floor, because we could smell it quite strong in hallway. Which lead me to question if smoke detectors were working. I looked at the smoke detector in our room and it was not blinking, but maybe it isn't supposed to. Also the pillow were not all that comfortable.

The pool, laundry area and staff were terrific! We had a great stay and will stay there again for sure if we travel to this area again.

There were no quarters to operate the washer/dryer and we ended-up having to go twice at the gas station to buy something only to get quarters. The inside window next to the whirlpool was really dirty.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They were able to meet our needs and requests. Breakfast was good, and the pool and hot tub looked very nice. We weren't able to use them, but they looked well-kept. I asked them for help with decorating the room for our anniversary. They did not disappoint. Communication with staff was pleasant and the way they decorated the room was very nice. Thank you for the accommodation!

The hotel needs updates. The staff has kept it very clean and tidy. Some of the carpet was starting to come up, with minor hole in the wall and stain on the couch cushion, but it was very well maintained and the room passed the cleaning check.

Location was great. Food good. Easy to come and go.we were able to get into our room early. It was quiet. Slept well. Water pressure in shower was great. Liked the fancy bathroom mirror. Front desk staff were nice.

We found a pair of black underwear in the chair when we got into our room. Both the pool and hot tub had sand and dirt in them. The pool deck was dirty, the 2nd day the same garbage was still on the floor. The water tasted horrible.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was close enough to the Packers sites. The staff was helpful.

The information book in the room was inadequate. It should have a tv channel listing. It should have hours listed for the pool and fitness center.
