This hotel was Phenomenal. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was hot and fresh with a large assortment of foods to please everyone's tastes. Indoor pool and spa was clean and enjoyable. Staff were constantly on top of the cleanliness of the hotel. I will be coming back to this hotel when in the greenbay area. Very accomidating....thank you for making our visit a memorable one. You all are terrific!

Yes! The room was clean, comfortable and I slept very well! The young woman at the front desk tried hard to get me into the internet. We were able to use my phone as a hotspot so we could open up a browser and log in. The bfast both days was very good.

It was snowing and I had some difficulty finding the hotel because it’s behind buildings. You can’t see it from the road.

Very clean, freshly decorated hotel with a really good pool and hot tub plus a very satisfactory breakfeast. And, there is security throughout the entire night at the entrance and car park.

Not much. At night, there can be a little noise from the car park from time to time but this has not really much to do with the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Nice touches like the ice water and cookies in the lobby. Breakfast was good also with friendly staff. Comfortable bed and air conditioning was comfortable (easy to regulate). Quiet.

It was a little hard to find. A curious location which wasn't as close to the expressway as I'd expected. But not a big problem.

This hotel exceeded both my own expectations but also all of the adults and kids we were traveling with. First, the staff was friendly and definitely took pride in keeping this beautiful hotel running smoothly. Secondly, the breakfast was over the top awesome. We were all happy with the amazing selection they had and the ladies that care for the area were excellent. The options and service were better than place I have paid more than double for. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely cared for. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

There wasn't much of anything to improve on. The hot tub could have been a little warmer. My kids are older, so the pool was a little small, but it was clean, a good temperature, and had plenty of towels. Neither of these things would keep us from pick this hotel again.

First time w this brand. Won't be last. Queen suite very comfortable layout w separate living room. Very clean. Ample work area for laptops. Plenty of electrical outlets near bed and desks. Located within a block or two of food stores, coffee shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Perfect place to stay.

Although it didn’t really bother me, this Inn is located in a shopping center parking lot. There are no grassy areas. There were a few chairs out front but no yard of any kind.

While the ( included ) breakfast was nice, wonderful variety, very clean. Well stocked… we didn’t care for the sausage brand or the super spicy potatoes… Very trivial given that they had other nice breakfast options like make-your-own waffle bar!

Morning breakfast was crazy busy, it was a summer weekend and there were softball torments teams staying at the hotel. The staff did not keep up well.
