This place is magic. The nature, the silence, the peace.... The elephants passing through the resort at 3.30pm to go bathing in the river... We had a walk in the countryside around the resort, the local people were smiling and waving their hands at us... Everyone so happy!!! In front of the resort's gate there is a restaurant, the old lady cooks Thai food, it's very tasty and cheap!! Breakfast at the resort was very good!!!! I loved everything and I'm so happy to have choosen this place for a night!

We initially booked for 4 nights but extended our stay and stayed 9 nights. Throughout our 9-day stay, we observed the daily cleaning routine, including gathering leaves and maintaining the garden. The property and bungalows are beautifully maintained, a clean pool with loungers and complimentary towels, and bicycle rentals. Nice cozy bungalows (air conditioning, hot water, great bed) we felt at home. Since we work remotely, this setting was ideal for us. The wifi was reliable throughout the property. Restaurant at the river: Great food and is open all day. Breakfast from a menu (all you can eat) and sometimes a buffet. Was very good! Elephants: You can observe 3 rescued elephants everyday in their natural environment. The elephants stroll by your bungalow every day. Incredible! What we appreciate is the policy that prohibits tourists from bathing with or riding the elephants, emphasizing a commitment to respecting the animals' normal life. Also other animals: sheep, chickens, and ducks. We enjoyed watching squirrels play near our bungalow everyday – amazing! The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the laundry service was amazing, providing fresh-smelling clothes within a few hours. They were helpful with taxi services, provided new towels, and offered daily cleaning and drinkable water. An ecological system: with vegetables sourced directly from the farm and fresh eggs from the chickens. 100% recommended!

The resort has many cabins in the forest. There were very few guests, so it was very quiet. A great place also for kids to just walk or bike around. And you get to see elephants every afternoon at 3:30 when they go for their bath in the river. You can also feed sheep, chicken and gather chicken eggs (great for kids). The food at the restaurant is also good. The aircon is also pretty silent. The rooms are fine. They have relatively recently been renovated, and they are three-star standard, not more not less.

The place is quite remote. It's half an hour drive to Kanchanaburi, and half an hour more to the national park than if you were to leave from Kanchanaburi. You only have the resort restaurant to eat, or drive quite a bit. The place is in a forest along a river, so naturally there are lots of mosquitos.

The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, full of trees, plants and flowers. The space is gigantic, you can see the elephant in the afternoon everyday at no charge. It feels like you are in the middle of a jungle surrounded by tall trees, wildlife and the river ... The food is excellent and the staff is very nice. Thanks 🙏

if you want to see ww2 things your a long taxi ride from anywere and was quoted 700 to 500b by taxi ,maybe be different in high season may do trips out but we felt isolated so moved to different hotel after 1 night close to bridge

It is a quiet place, where you can rest and disconnect from the eagerness of every day. You feel like living in a small village. Obviously for me, it was a surprise to see the elephants, having the opportunity to see this animal without the pressure of work for tourists is magical.

I like everything, because everything agrees with the value paid, what I was looking for. I recommend renting a vehicle for more convenience, but hotel will get you a taxi always .

After 5 day only couple in resort' Invaded by dozens of Thai's for big party Saturday night surrounding our bungalow with shared neighbours.Drums & music in main building close to our room,came back from day out 8pm to sleep but could not. Was no notification was happening. 🙄

A wonderful place created by mindful people. The area is vast, and the foundation dedicated to rescuing elephants is truly remarkable. The breakfasts are hearty, and there’s a stunning view of the river. We highly recommend the Samboon Legacy Foundation operating in the area. The swimming pool is fantastic!

The place was very quiet and tranquil in the middle of the forest. The room was clean and we were given two adjoining rooms for us and the children. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus. We loved the fact we saw elephants going swimming everyday.

Everything...its very laid back which we do really like about it.we enjoy the morning bicycle rides around the property...the breakfast is very good...we watch the elephant taking a bath...we dip in a pool for a couple of hours...a lovely stay...location is just far but worth to stay...
