Extremely clean the staff constantly cleaned, nice big rooms , breakfast was ok but not great. Lovely pool on 2nd floor.Not far to walk to 7/11. Nice little market by the Kwai bridge, you can walk over the bridge ridge to see where the prison camp was during the war, the JEATH war museum was interesting it’s near the bridge. But go to other end of rd nr war cemetery for the death railway museum not much to get in and you get free tea or coffee. Very interesting history of the war, well worth a visit.

Breakfast was very basic, but not a lot to dislike

It's a hotel with good prices, so I expected more than a guest house. It was very nice and clean. The pool is great to cool down after a hot day. The reception is open 24h and very friendly. The location is good although I couldn't find out where the best location would be. It's not on the river though. It is on the pub road but that road was not very busy at night. The hotel is set back a bit from the road and so the noise was minimal. The room was big with a big window. The shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom. The bed was king size and very comfy. For people who like soft beds, it might be a little hard. For the price I got a very good room.

Ideal location, close to the River Kwai and lots of good quality restaurants. The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Our large room was on the fifth floor and had lovely views across town to the mountains, sunrise amazing. Breakfast was varied with a good selection of Thai and European dishes and lots of fresh fruit, pastries and yoghurts. At short notice, we had to extend our stay for an extra 2 days and, despite the hotel being very busy, they were extremely accommodating and let us keep the same room.

Nothing to dislike.

I've stayed in Bangkok and Krabi a few times. This is my first stay in Kanchanaburi and I'm thoroughly impressed with the Hotel and its services. Facilities are great too. They have everything you need except for toothbrush and toothpaste which I find rather strange as they provide all other toiletries. The breakfast buffet was really good! It was so helpful to help me kickstart a productive day as it saves the trouble of looking for a breakfast spot outside the hotel. There are many eateries nearby which are great for lunch and dinner. I would strongly recommend Meals n Bites @ JP which is about 200m away from the Hotel. The owner, Jeff, is very friendly and welcoming. Food was not spicy but instead very flavorful. Cheaper than those fancy restaurants targeting tourists. If you've visited Thailand you know this is something we need nearby - 7 Eleven. There's one about 100m from the hotel. The hotel itself was very well maintained, very clean too. Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely place overall! They also offer airport pick up/drop off service for a fee. They also could help arrange a driver to take you to places to visit. Here's an important thing to keep in mind - unlike in Bangkok, taxi and Grab services are extremely limited. Do not count on taxi or Grab service if you have to get to the airport or somewhere on time. It's best you arrange for a driver to pick you up. I was lucky to have met a Grab driver who also provided drive-about service. I saved her number and it was so helpful when I went to Robinsons Lifestyle Centre (shopping mall) and couldn't get a taxi or Grab car back. She arranged for her friend to pick me up for a very reasonable fee. I engaged her service to drop me off at the airport too. She was early, got me some fruits and water for the trip as well. I'd say I was lucky to have met her during my stay.

I really think they should provide tooth brush and toothpaste to complete their complimentary toiletries set.

Check in was fast and staff polite and helpful, also very helpful regarding local knowledge

Breakfast was a bit limited for English visitors but expected

The cleaning personnel were doing an excellent job, rooms, hallways, restaurant etc were kept very clean. Fresh towels and bath mat every day😀 The buffet breakfast was very good, catering both Thai and European breakfast, plenty of options. Staff eager to assist at the morning buffet. Outside smoking area where you could enjoy coffee and look at the morning traffic. Nice parking area, gym and pool facilities good. Good value for money

Very nice hotel with well appointed rooms, everything very clean and the AC works well if a bit noisey. Many of the rooms have a balcony and good views of the hills surrounding Kanchanaburi. This is right on the Main Street so it’s very convenient for all the shops, bars and restaurants There is lots of parking and some under cover. The WiFi works great in the rooms but seems a bit patchy in the restaurant. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with lots of choice and they do try to keep everything warm.

Accommodation-wise, we have no complaints Maybe some little things at the restaurant in terms of the speed of service and the quality of their Western dishes, but I would recommend exploring more than on-site dining when visiting any place, so no big deal

We know the place having stayed several times there in the past. It is perfectly located, very comfortable, WIFI signal is very strong, staff is nice. Breakfast is excellent and easily keeps you going for 18 golf holes...

The only thing that prevents me from giving it an "exceptional" rating all the way is the noise generated by the maids talking loudly in the corridors and using their talkie-walkie at a VERY high volume wich is annoying and above all unnecessary. We told them, let's see if next time (because yes, we shall return) we can give them an "exceptional" rating.

We been in this Hotel for 3 nights, everyone was very friendly and polite, breakfast was delicious, swimming pool and surroundings was nice and tidy ! I have no reason for complaining about the Hotel ! Only thing what makes me feel sad ... I was buying birthday present for my 9 years old little friend ,and i left his gift in room table and unfortunately gift disappeared 😪
