The decor of the hotel is very nice, industrial on the train theme. The place feels new even though it is 6 years old. The café on the ground floor is very nice and a cool place to work/relax throughout the day and evening when the café is closed to outside guests. The staff are very helpful and kind. All the women at reception were friendly, smiley, gave us info on things to do and helped out quickly with any issues. The owners should be proud of their excellent reception team. Wifi was good and quick, fine even for video/TEAMS calls.

Rooms were small, Thai mattresses were rock hard. The gigantic air conditioner in our first room was missing a flap so the aircon was blasting onto our faces all night, meaning we woke up with colds. But, the excellent staff changed our room as soon as they could. Problem is that in both (maybe all) rooms, the air conditioners are facing the beds. The location is a bit out of town. It's a 15/20 minute walk to the bus station and restaurants/bars.

Room design is questionable. Windows frame is recess in to the room for almost 20cm without any benefits/usage for the space that it create. Environmentalist would very upset about how they use their key card. Most hotel would give 1 key card for each room and the guest has to used it for door entry and turn on the power circuit for the room. For this hotel, they will give you 2 cards. One at the lobby and one already in the key card holder in the room and then specifically told that we can leave the card there to make the ac in the room run all the time.

Mattress is ultra firm (I’d say hard), but that seems to be a local preference and is not a reflection upon the hotel. Room was a little small, but we’re on an extended holiday and have 2 nights suitcases.

The staff were very helpful and could communicate well in english. Location is great, close to bus and train station. The aircon in the common area and room was really a lifesaver in that heat.

There was music playing in the restaurant or bar nearby. My dorm bed was next to the window and i could hear it. It wasn’t too loud but it did continue till late. It was still a comfortable accommodation and I slept like a log :-)

The staff were amazing, all of them. Couldn’t help us enough. They even hailed down the bus for Erawan falls which stopped right outside the hotel. We chose the sandwiche breakfast( paid extra ) to take as a packed lunch, all ready when we came down for breakfast.

Location central to train and bus stations. Had a lovely supper at the market 10in walk towards the bus station

Great modern accommodation, clean rooms, friendly staff, location is good in a quiet area but on the main road, easy walking distance to train and bus station, for them who like a walk the bridge is about 45 mins walk, the other museums are closer to walk too, overall great place to stay

Nothing much except the beds are quite hard and the aircon doesn’t turn off and could get a little too cold in the night, nothing I’d say I really didn’t like

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 7th floor was good. The bathroom was OK, spacious. The breakfast was good and efficiently managed (choose your menu and time the night before). The staff were kind and supportive, they let us bring in food from outside to eat in the lobby (they provided cutlery).

There was only instant coffee at breakfast (you can only pay for 'proper' coffee at the cafe downstairs). The air con unit was quite large and a little bit noisy at night. The rate with booking dot com was more expensive than to book with the hotel directly.

This is a posh hostel, and has private hostel rooms as well. We stayed 3 nights. Bed is very comfortable and sheets very clean. A/c is cold and shower is hot. Rooms very nice. Staff are all friendly, and Mink was especially nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was good, and they have free water in rooms. Also served coffee and food. Would recommend this hotel. Good position and good price. Also has outside seating area and car park.

excellent location for many places: 10 mins walk (going left) from the station and night market (a must and very cheap to eat) and 10 mins (going right) from the bus station 5 mins walk from the Death Railway Museum and the War Cemetery. It is a good 45 mins walk to the Kheae river bridge but there are reasonable bikes on site so you can do it in 20 mins and roads are quiet staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a general “fun” atmosphere about the place especially with a Xmas tree and decorations up in November. Showers (4 in gentlemens) are fine, shampoo & soap provided bunk bed mattress in my dorm (205) was superb and room had good a/c and superb quality quilt and pillow, slept very well indeed lovely cafe on-site but did not use. it is a good but small breakfast, tea/coffee, juice, water. There are 6 choices but I stuck firmly to omelet each day comes with roll and jam and salad leaves.

Small dorm room just large enough for 6, lockers barely fit a 40 ltr backpack small, but adequate, breakfast, if for that would have given it a 10

The first room we were shown had air conditioning problems, we were very quickly moved and had no more problems. Breakfast has to be ordered the evening before as it is out sourced . there are no vegetarian options available unless you can eat eggs. They were able to offer some toast and jam but no fresh fruit They do offer an extensive menu but this is only available until 3pm.
