The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided a wonderful recommendation for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants by the river for authentic Thai food. Although breakfast options were limited, it was more than enough for us and lovingly made. The view of the River Kwai from our room was breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The concierge even arranged for us to visit the Hellfire pass memorial site at very short notice.

Everything was perfect and we loved our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this well-located hotel. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and featured a large, comfortable bed, a rain shower, and a jacuzzi bath. Our unit was conveniently situated by the pool with direct front access, which added to the convenience. However, there was an unusual void between the bedroom’s sliding doors and the pool entrance, accessible via a wooden door. This area felt underutilised and could be better designed to add value to the space. Parking was easy, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The hotel itself was exceptionally quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room overlooked the River Kwai, offering a lovely view and sense of tranquillity. The pool remains shaded until around midday, but there is a small terrace that receives early sun—although it only has two loungers, which may not suffice during busier times. Breakfast was generous, with a wide range of options. That said, as expected in Thailand, guests should not anticipate a traditional full English breakfast, as local interpretations of Western dishes may differ. The hotel is set on the town’s main street, with a few bars and local restaurants within easy reach. However, this is a small town, so visitors expecting a vibrant “walking street” may be underwhelmed. While there are a couple of good places to eat, the area would benefit from a more upmarket dining establishment to broaden the appeal. The Bridge over the River Kwai is approximately 2 kilometres away and easily accessible particularly convenient for us as we had a car to explore the surrounding area with ease.

A few areas for improvement: • Limited sun loungers make it hard to enjoy the morning sun. • The windows in the bathroom area face the public pool and have shutters, but adjusting them requires awkwardly reaching over a wide bath. • There was no dedicated restaurant or obvious bar in the evening, which was a shame. However, room service was available and reasonably priced.

This was an excellent hotel, and we stayed two nights. The room was superb, with lovely views over the River Kwai. The bathroom / shower room needs a special mention, as we could shower, whilst enjoying extensive views across the river. The breakfast was really good, with plenty of variety. The swimming pool was really good, but sadly suffered from a common problem in Thailand, not enough sunbeds. The hotel is located within easy reach of the bridge, museums and the war cemetery. Special mention to the staff, who were very attentive and helpful. Great hotel, highly recommended.

The Natee was a large and modern hotel It served good food we had breakfast & lunch the menu was varied and the food was well prepared and tasty , the hotel had a fine swimming pool our room was. Large with a big balcony with a wonderful. View and a jacuzzi bath a comfortable bed & a large TV , the hotel is close to many restaurants and bars also many of the WWII sites associated with the Death railway . The staff were Brilliant being both friendly and very helpful I would stay at this hotel again and can and would recommend staying at the Natee

The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and bars close by. The bridge is around a 20minute walk away, although plenty of tuk tuks around if required. The room had a great view of the river. The staff were very friendly and we arranged at reception for a sunset boat trip to pick us up from jetty on the property which was lovely and recommended. The only annoyance we had is there is a live music venue across the river and you can hear the music and bass all night starting around 4/5 in the afternoon.

Clean and modern design, love that there’s plenty of natural sunlight in the room. The jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking Kwai River view is fabulous! Pool and overall facility area is clean and well maintained. Loving all the greens, they are well taken care of and add on so much mood to the overall ambience. They also provide bicycle for free, we enjoyed our night time cycling to the nearby night market. Breakfast is good as well. So much good things to talk about definitely good value for money!!!!

Nothing much except they don’t provide toothbrush and the AC blower in the room is way too strong even at 1 fan mode.

Great location. Comfortable & nice views

The staff were great but need to be educated in regards to local attractions. We were told the jeath museum was right in fact it was left. They weren’t sure how far the bridge on the river Kwai was from the hotel. They didn’t know where the night market was. They should know all this to ensure customers are informed. Not all come with tour groups. We did have a laugh. We arrived for breakfast at 6.29am. Breakfast starts at 6.30 am. We were made to wait as we were too early.

Beautiful hotel, stayed here a few years ago and it's as lovely as ever, very tranquil right on the river, the rooms are lush, wood panelled, huge bed, big tv, jacuzzi and shower room and overlooking the pool and the river. Great breakfast in the mornings with lots of variety from cereals and yogurts to traditional Thai curries and noodles, beautiful coffees brought to your table. Lovely pool area, very clean and very quiet. Friendly staff.

The air con was a bit noisy that's the only very minor complaint but I've still had to give this hotel a 10.

The building itself is beautiful and modern, set back slightly from the Main Street, sitting just on the river bank. Great bars, restaurants and shops online steps away. The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. Exceptional stay , I will be returning.

My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint , would have to be that the hotel restaurant closes at 6. However there are many wonderful places to eat on the hotels doorstep so you will never go hungry

Good size room, good breakfast. Location was good. The hotel has it's own pier so we got picked up from the hotel by a longtail boat for our private trip. Good swimming pool although we didn't have the time to use it. Staff were helpful.

The room whilst very nice needs a bit of a refresh, coat of paint etc. The bedroom floor looked dirty although it probably wasn't - just looked like it was. WiFi wouldn't auto reconnect but worked well when connected. The fridge didn't work - no cold beers for us. I think the top floor rooms were being refurbished.
