Quiet side street near 7/11 one end and shops/restaurants other end. Walking distance to train station/night market and Bridge/museums. Comfy bed, clean room, good hot water and air-con. Water provided daily and option for cleaning when you need it. FRESH espresso machine coffee in morning. Garden view room lovely patio with green/flowers all around, and side window view of mountains. Very kind staff especially Air who runs the place well. Allowed bag storage on check out day. Table/chair inside and outside. I had no bugs in my room day or night, and no complaints - kept extending and plan to return for another visit.

Was fine for me because I keep food in fridge for breakfast, but if a hungry morning person the breakfast is not substantial. BUT the delicious fresh coffee (instant being the Thai standard) was a pleasant surprise and I value more than the breakfast size. Note stairs for upper rooms if you have accessibility challenges.

We stayed for 7 nights Very cheap and good value for money. Location is good right next to alot of bars and restuarants. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is nice and big.

We satyed in the downstairs room and there were quite alot of ants in the bathroom. I think they are coming from a little hole on the floor in the shower🚿.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. They accommodated our vegan diet and also upgraded our room for free.

It's really nice room, for really good price. Not bad location, not too far from many pubs and restaurants. About the staff, they are amazing. Recommend to stay there

Not too close to nearby attractions but distances are as advertised. Breakfast also could do with improvements.
