We booked a double queen room with handicap accessible shower. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk told us they only had a room with 2 double beds - so they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite (the room with the queen bed had the handicap shower). My father and I greatly appreciated this during our long road trip with my dog - from GA to RI (stopping in Morristown, NJ).

The queen bed in the handicapped room of rm 115 was low to the ground and my dad had trouble getting into and out of bed.

Great double bed room and fully equiped kitchen dor cooking. The staff was very helpful, they brought us extra chairs and kitchenware. We loved the pool and it's very quiet there. Loved it !

The suite was nice, stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. The free breakfast is above and beyond for the location and the bar/ restaurant area is lovely as well. I would recommend this location.

Sheets were not replaced when we got to the room. We checked in pretty late and the front desk did get us new sheets even though housekeeping was not there. That was great. The hotel also put a hold on the credit card and didn’t tell me so I paid that trip twice mistakenly. That communication would have been appreciated. Of course the credit works itself out in the end, but didn’t need the uncertainty about finances. As a business owner these details are important to me. This location could be the place to stay with a couple of small adjustments.

Staff was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, comfortable room.

The food options within the hotel were not great, but there is so much else in the area anyway. The TVs are not SmartTVs, so you can't log in to any of your own accounts to watch things on your own schedule. You are limited to what is currently playing on cable. Despite these points, I would definitely stay here again!

Close to our venue. Drew University. Grand daughters Field Hockey Saturday and Sunday.

Disappointed with the TV Chanel selections. Direct TV contract dispute so no ESPN Chanels and no YES Network. Parking a little complex for older generations. QR CODE and all needed receptionist to walk thru the registration. Not a huge problem but easier at many places to just check in and park.

Room was nice and big! Nice TV, room stayed well air-conditioned. Walkin shower and linens nice. Bed was comfortable, nice pool outdoor area, kitchen well stocked with glasses, silverware and etc. Shampoo and conditioner was actually good. Bartender was nice! Check in process easy.

Window treatments were a little rough looking. Could use some repairs as the floor in the kitchen were coming up and separated. The dishwasher was broken, but I didn't realize until we loaded it up with dirty dishes. Told the front desk at check out, and she said ok, they'll take care of it. Have to be honest, the hot breakfast and coffee were not the best. Had to eat the cereal. We had also ordered from the bar one night. It was terrible. it seemed like it was microwaved food. Don't get the fresh fries!

the room/suite was fantastic. a really well equipped kitchenette, exceptionally comfortably bed and even the sofa bed passed the teenager test! breakfast was good and sufficient for what you need. location for us was great as we needed to be near Morristown, Madison and Parsippany.

The breakfast was possibly not the best quality. The sausages were particularly unattractive! and the scrambled egg nearly always rubbery. but the waffles and the granola were delicious! kitchen area kept really clean and the staff were lovely.

Varied fare in the complimentary breakfast was good. There was plenty of space in the room. It had a nice workout room that was not crowded.

We love staying here! This time was a little rough. There was a partial power outage one day and the elevators didn't work the next day. We're not young so 3 flights of stairs was a little rough. Breakfast is normally great. This time, not so much. Our room and service was terrific, as usual. We'll be back. Stuff happens, no reason to rush to judgment and abandon a resource that has served us well on multiple occasions for over 5 years.
