The location is great. The front desk staff are amazing.

The property did some updates but is still very outdated. Cut a lot Of corners assuming to save on cost. The carpet in our room was stained and really gross. The toilet in our bathroom was leaking around the base. I would assume needs a new wax ring and reset. We checked out Sunday morning and I have been itching since! My entire body is itchy and driving me insane to the point where I’m going to have to go to the doctor. I’m not sure if I’m having a reaction to a detergent that they use or if it’s something else. I did completely lift all of the mattresses and check every crease and crevice for bedbugs. No sign of them anywhere, thank goodness!

Cold cup of tea in the microwave surprised us on arrival. Happy to have a microwave, so this was quickly disposed of and forgotten. Otherwise, clean and welcoming. Good coffee and choice of usual breakfast compliments such as bread & bagels (toaster for those so inclined), cereal, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, jelly, cream cheese, etc. Much better than expected at the discount price we were charged. Two thumbs up for this property.

Required a security deposit of $100 at check in, about which we were not aware of in advance.

They need to do some updating. The bathrooms need shelving to be able to put your items on. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The elevator button for the 1st floor would stick and the door would not open. Not enough shelves in the bathroom. They need some hot food and protein items for breakfast.

Friendly staff check in was fast room was clean I never ate breakfast I'm a night person so I sleep most of the day

I was a little upset that I didn't see a laundry room that would be nice to have when you stay for a while. I would've liked to have stayed for an extra week but I wasn't told I could

We had a pleasant stay and mattresses were comfortable and rooms were clean .they have breakfast included and coffee was plentiful We stayed an additional night and they managed to accommodate us at the same rate as the previous 2 nights

Jet tub was nice and clean.

We arrived initially at @1:30 and was rudely advised check in was at 3:00. Most other places have no issue was checking in an hour or so early as long as the room is ready Bed could use another pillow/new pillows. Lamp on the one side of the bed was not plugged into anything.

The room was clean & the bed was very comfortable so we slept well. The breakfast was really good and set us up for our day.

We found the location difficult to negotiate our way into. The lift was extremely slow and the room handle didn't work well. There was only a bedside light on one side of the bed.

The room was great. Plenty of room. The water temp got hot quickly.

TV was not HD, but still ok to watch. The 2nd night the place was a little bit busier and since I was close to the stairwell, the door was banging until sometime after 11 pm.

Bed was really comfortable, got great sleep. Also liked how clean the room was. I haven't stayed in a Super 8 in years and wondered how much "budget-friendly" meant unclean, but I was pleasantly mistaken.

The Latina Receptionist who welcomed me upon arrival couldn't have been more welcoming or patient. She was phenomenal.

Coffee machine didn't work and inside door handle kept coming off. Place just needed a little investment.
