Clean very large room, comfy beds, breakfast room was clean and warm. Breakfast was the usual breads butter jam peanut butter cold cereals bagels cream cheese yogurts and a waffle station. There were also bananas and apples.

Only small disappointment for us was that the gas fireplace in the room was not in use. We were advised by front desk they are now inoperable due to safety reasons. Room was still warm enough.

We often come to Windsor for tournaments but we've also stayed in terrible hotels. Your facility is perfect, we felt safe and had everything we needed.

I wish the breakfast bar would have ingredients (waffles) for people who have allergies. My daughter is allergic to eggs so she couldn't risk it.

I like the location . It's not far but easily reachable by car and within city limit. Accessible and clean. Hotel stuff were courteous.

I didn't like the breakfast. The complimentary breakfast there is not much options. No eggs were available. On pretein only milk was there. In fruit it was only apple and banana. Bread, coffe, juice and cereals were ok. Over all breakfast I will give 5 out of 10.

Stayed in room 117. It was very clean, bed was very comfortable.

When people smoke cigarettes or weed outside their room, it comes in through the vents in the heating/air conditioning unit. I wish hotel owners would put smoking guests in rooms on one side of the property and non smoking guests on the other.

The room was clean and a good size. The king bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean and located central to all the rooms. The cleaners made our bed and gave us fresh towels daily.

Everything was great

I loved the location and the suite had a lovely bathroom, microwave was such a major convenience that a lot of pricey hotels do not offer. We were surprised we got one and there was even a mini freezer within the mini fridge!

We noticed our blanket had a burn hole in it , we did not request a new one but it was a bit surprising. We booked another day and paid for a king size room for one day, our tissue box in the king size room was not full.

the staff was extremely helpful, I asked for an extra blanket and they were there within 5 minutes with one I asked them to call a cab for a certain time and it was there right on time For breakfast, the young lady helped my son with his waffle

The family room with 3 beds was huge! The pool was great. Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Clean room. Quiet property. Lots of parking. Updated room.

This location is lovely and even has a pool although I didn’t get the chance to use it. The manager bent over backwards to make sure I had everything. The room was clean and I felt safe.

At check in there is a strong aroma of curry. I Love curry but it is pungent and not suitable for travellers to be greeted with. Suggest either better ventilation in the back office or air freshener.

This little motel has been lovingly renovated to a standard I was not expecting. The rooms were quite large, the bathrooms updated and the breakfast was great for this price point.

I saw no bedbug bags for the mattresses, but they were clean and had a bamboo cover :)
