Everything! the aesthetics and design, the supportive staff, the comfort of the room, the restaurant, the views, how we were welcomed, the location. Special thank to Capucine who made us feel very welcomed and was so kind to us. The security at the spa area is great. There is always someone looking if everything ok. And there is a camera, anti-slip protection. Everything is cleaned regularly.

Maybe the hammam and the sauna could be improved. The first time we came there the sauna was not hot. Next time it was fixed. The hammam is not particularly cozy and quite small but it does the job. Nothing fancy about it :) I think the area with hammam and sauna could have been done a lot better because it is small and looks more like open public shower area, like at ordinary swimming pools… although it is clean and there are great towels provided. The swimming pool is nice, with comfortable temperatures, marine water, and lots hydro massage options. But there are no windows and it might feel closed.

The hotel was good overall with friendly service and a convenient location. However, the room was a bit small and could use some renovations to feel more up to date. Aside from that, everything else was fine and made for a pleasant stay.

Superb location, excellent FOH staff who went the extra mile for us when our friend needed help.

The restaurant dinner wasn’t to our taste but the breakfast was lovely. We found the spa a little unwelcoming and the treatment I had was less than average.

Very close to the center of the city in a peaceful seashore. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was nice and rich. The staff was attentious and very kind.

I did not had any negative experience.

Big business group always in the restaurant so couldn’t get a table.

The lobby area, restaurant and wellness area was very beautiful and spacious and nicely decorated. Great position at the beach. Delicious food at the restaurant although the menu was kept the same during the whole stay.

Too much staff but when you needed help there was no one to ask. Also staff of the restaurant didn't communicate between themselves properly. They let us to wait for our table too long although we had reservation and they seated people without reservation before us. The room was not up to the 5 Star hotel standard, the use of the room was obvious, not body cream in the room. Bathroom is a bit impractical with open toilette. You don't have a nice view on the beach and sea from the restaurant. When you were passing reception area - no one was paying attention if you need anything or not. Based on our experience, we would not rate hotel by 5 stars.

Lovely hotel. Well situated. Large bedroom but not so keen on the open plan bathroom. Very clean room and nice and bright room/reception rooms.
