The staff was amazing! Super attentive and kind. The room and lobby were very clean. Overall great stay.

The other guest on my floor were very loud. Loud music and yelling in the hallway. This happened at night and in the morning. Only bad thing about my stay was the loudness from the other guest.

Loved the place. It was a little far out but great value. It was clean and quiet. It is rather new so everything looks good. Easy access on edge of town. Peaceful and pretty place.

Parking was a little limited and a real fall hazard in shower. They need anti slip strips or mat to counter extremely slippery tub. Bed also felt very "used". Sure they were not new beds in our room. My bed had a big hole on left side but I slept great on right side.

Convenient to where I was going. I felt safe The GM was very helpful. I was there under extreme family concerns.

The breakfast staff was not friendly. She basically took food away from two ladies and their 3kids. It was still out then went to get a muffin and she grabbed to trays and said it’s closed. I was shocked by her behavior They are paying guests and the food was still out. Goodness

Was looking forward to the pancakes, the machine didn't work well. Housekeeping staff was awesome. Kitchen staff awesome, maintenance popped in quickly when we had a desk leg problem. Very kid friendly. The pool wasn't ice cold and the hot tub wasn't lukewarm( like most motels), Nice Temps for both!

The Lady who checked us in was a great Clerk. Miss Nicholle took good care of us at check in. Thank you Miss Nicholle. The Breakfast was great.

The shower facet was not closing properly.

Convenient to shops and restaurants. Rooms were large clean and comfortable

Bathroom tub had been repaired but needed replaced as it looks old and took a while to get water warm enough to shower

The hotel was close to our family event, the breakfast was great. The rooms were nicely decorated and updated.

The computer was down when we checked in so it took a little longer. Had to fill out a paper with information but were reassured the information would be shredded after the computer system was back up.

We have always liked this facility, location and cleanliness

This time I was a little disappointed, the bathroom room 115 has mold on wall and inside of rail of shower.

My husband said the breakfast was good. The location is near my niece's home where we were having family events.

My bathtowel smelled like clorine as if someone had used it at the pool.

It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast.

Only negative was getting a 20.00 charge that didn’t get reversed and it was suppose to. It’s still not resolved.
