Clean, comfortable, and close to my friends.

The room was very nice, and the building in general was very nice and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and get checked in to and I liked the fact that they had such a nice breakfast selection. My bed was really comfortable and cozy, and I would have slept well, except for the fact that there was so much noise from the room above me and out in the hallway.

I did not sleep well because I was on the bottom floor which would have been fine except that I could hear every move and creak from the people above me as they walked across the floor. Also, I could hear everything people were saying in the hall because evidently there isn't any insulation in the walls or the ceilings for that matter. Also, the room was freezing, and I really wasn't able to adjust the thermostat. I did manage to get the fan turned down to a lower speed which helped.

Staff was friendly, and breakfast was good .Rooms clean.

I had made reservations a few months in advance . I called to say we would be arriving early around 2pm . The front desk clerk said it would be 35 dollars. I said, "Never mind . We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 pm . The man at the front desk said I'm sorry , only one of the rooms was ready !""" Interesting !!! Should I be reimbursed 35 dollars , since that's what they was going to charge me , if I arrived early ? The clerk did say he apologized they ate under staffed. Although nice, and I understand. I feel like I got nothing . Except trying to figure out what to do because my Room wasn't even close to being ready . Should have at least got a bit of a price break ? Nope nothing

Everything was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choices. The bed was very comfortable. The location was very quiet, and convenient.

My only problem was with the television. I could not get the remote arrows to work to get switched to any live TV. And I could not get the voice feature to work either. Could have been operator error, but it was much too difficult if that was the case. I am not familiar with Roku, so I wasn't sure. I was attending a family event for the weekend, so I didn't spend much time in the room, so TV wasn't a big deal.

The Location, Staff, Breakfast, Room and Settings were great!! It was easy to navigate to and from the Hotel as we visited the area, easy on and off the main roadway/highway. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was wonderful and the outdoor area was beautiful!!

There was a slight problem with the pool while we were there but we were still able to get in it. It gave us an opportunity to chat with the pool maintenance man about local things and the weather. We are probably going to go back to Wichita for some extended time after speaking to him.

Upon checking into the property about 8:30 pm, I was pleasantly suprised!! It smelled SO clean and fresh!. I haven't stayed at a lot of 4-5 star places, but the few big places I have stayed at did NOT have a clean/fresh smell. Every time we left and came back in, cleanliness greeted us. My husband even mentioned it a few times, and most men probably wouldn't have paid much attention. room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Nothing major, but just simple. It kept us from having to go out to a restaurant for breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when needing a break!

The gentleman that checked us in was literally the most efficient person I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. It took less than two minutes to have the room key in my hand. Breakfast was good. It was quiet in our room. Very rarely heard any other guests in the hallways. Beds and pillows were decent.

Location was a bit busy. It is right off of the main highway/expressway in a cluster of all types of hotels. You will travel a couple of miles to get any decent food, or any food at all.

It was very comfortable. My car was almost right outside my door. My little dog was anxious, but we were not at home, but she settled right in for the night. It was very clean and so appreciated! I loved the tissue rose on the kleenex box! Such a personal touch! The staff was very friendly and wanted to assist.

It wasn't real close to gas or food, and directions were unclear. This was the only complaint I had, being not familiar at all with Wichita. There was no directory or phone book in the room either or a Bible. I didn't know which way to the ice Machine.

I did a lot of looking for the right hotel and waited until the last minute unfortunately. This came along and was everything that we were looking for and the price was on the dot!! I have stayed in a lot of hotels that I felt creepy in, this hotel was GREAT !! I slept well for once at a hotel!! The Breakfast was even better than what they described. We ate and were full until later that afternoon saving us money where we only paid for one meal that whole day! Thank you for a Great stay!!!

The only thing was the shower we had was a handicapped shower and the lip on the floor was not tall enough to keep water inside the shower and it ran on to the bathroom floor. But this I didn't mind I just cleaned up after myself like a normal person should do.

Visited Wichita from Dallas for a family funeral. I always stay at Country Inn & Suites when I come to town. The staff is very helpful and considerate. The free breakfast is great. It's hot, they offer a variety of fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, several different juices, coffee, you name it. If you go away hungry, it's on you. The bed was comfortable, and they had a Kureg coffee maker in the room. I locked myself out of my suitcase (I forgot the combination to the lock), and the gentleman at the front desk went to maintenance and found a screwdriver and a wrench. Thankfully, there was a guy in the lobby who knew what to do, and he whacked it a couple of times, and it popped open!

Honestly, there's really nothing that I disliked.
