We loved everything .The staff were brilliant and ensured us were safe in yr day trips with cars not provided by them , invited u to try Indian breakfast for experience, gave me lots of milk and tea in my room as I’m a tea fanatic.Restaurants were nice .The grounds are huge with a big pool , beautiful gardens with geese and birds.Bed was the best in our trip to India; room was big, bathroom big with many toilets .i would have given this 20 out of 10 if I could apart from the fact an Indian wedding was held for 3 days out of 5 we were there and the guests were noisy at 3am.There is also a bowling alley and puppet show.its five minute tuk tuk ride from the taj( go with KK the lovely old man we encountered for trips around Agra …500 rupees for the day for 2 people…see Taj Mahal, red fort , Taj nature trail , view of Taj from river , drop at a nice restaurant.or just go Taj for 100 rupees…. Great man and sons)

The security need to tell wedding guests to be quite in the corridors as they let there children scream at 3am disturbing our sleep.Adults also shouting

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which are the lowest priced. The room was large and comfortable with mini fridge, ironing and tea/coffee making facilities. There was plenty of storage and the plug sockets took English 3 pin plugs so no need for an adapter. We had a lovely courtyard view from our terrace which was furnished with a table and two chairs. The hotel staff were lovely, so polite and respectful. We used the on-site Chinese restaurant twice as the food there was amazing! Breakfast was served in the buffet restaurant and there was a wide variety to choose from. The staff in both restaurants were helpful and polite. The pool area was gorgeous, only a handful of people seem to use it during the day. It was lovely to sit by the pool watching the parakeets flying around! The grounds were large and well kept and we enjoyed strolling through them looking at the interesting flora and fauna. The location was good for visiting theTaj Mahal - only a short, cheap taxi or auto ride away. The Taj itself was beyond all expectations and we visited twice. Had we been staying longer we would have gone again! We also visited Kalakriti Cultural & Convention centre which is just down the road, to watch the ‘Mohabbat the Taj‘ show which was wonderful! There was a wedding on at the hotelwhen we were there and we were lucky enough to be invited to join the celebrations, which was amazing! Although we went to bed before the celebrations had finished, we couldn’t hear any noise from our room. All in all a fantastic hotel which the photos do not do justice. We would definitely return.

The only picky point I can think of was that there were only 3 coat hangers in the wardrobe, although this didn’t affect us personally as I always bring folding travel hangers as hotels rarely provide enough.

Staff was very good, courteous, helpful, fast. Huge property, nicely maintained. We enjoyed walking in the green lawns, full with variety of plants, flowers, trees, birds, ducks, squirrels, parrots, even peacocks. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Food quality and taste was great. However, I did notice that some items like Medhu Vada and Yogurt were finished and took at least 5-10 mins to re-fill. Lunch/dinner food was good. Service was fast and good as well. Overall experience with food was great. Room size was decent, neat and clean. We got connected rooms. Only problem, we noticed was that the bathtub was not sealed towards the walls due to which water will drip inside from the gaps and then come out on the floor, making the bathroom wet after each shower. But staff was quick to come and clean it.

The swimming pool was 5.5 feet deep due to which even adult and teens who are no so confident in their swimming skills were not comfortable. Like my wife got out soon as she had to stick towards the edges only. Only one tube was available for the adults which was not enough. All the games like pool, ice hockey, bowling in the Leisure mall were chargeable. Some of them could have been made complimentary.

Jaypee has one of the smoothest running hotels i have been in. The staff is extremely courteous and prompt. Check-in and check-outs were hassle free and swift. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious and elaborate with enough variety on both the days we were there. Their Chinese restaurant was one of the better ones we have ate at in the recent years. Each and every dish was amazing. Also the staff at the restaurant was very prompt in their service and we had a wonderful time. We also did a session at their Spa which was luxurious and so relaxing. They have huge lawns which we walked up and down to digest all the excellent food we had. Overall it was a great stay ... totally worth every cent you spend.

ALMOST EVERYTHING, EXCEPT THE CHECK IN EXPERIENCE

Too BUREAUCRATIC, The Check In is so cumbersome and time consuming. It almost gives the feeling/ impression that the staff is DOING YOU, the Customer a Favor by ALLOWING YOU A STAY IN THE PROPERTY. THIS ATTITUDE IS NOT ENTIRELY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY IN A SERVICE INDUSTRY. The Establishment seems to be OVERSTAFFED with almost NO emphasis on their TRAINING rendering them rather Wanting in their scope of work. FEWER but MORE EFFICIENT STAFF WOILD NOT only save money but INCREASE SATISFACTION LEVELS

Everything was excellent, from the facilities like the gym and pool to the food to the hospitality. I travelled with my 10 month old infant and he enjoyed the sights and views of the property immensely. The staff was friendly and courteous and made us feel comfortable. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a wholesome time with your family or friends.

The only negatives I can think off are the caged birds and horse carriage that’s used for carrying around families as a means of entertainment. There’s no need for keeping animals captive in these modern times.

I just wanted to share how much my kids enjoyed their stay at Jaypee. They were so thrilled with the experience that they didn't even step out of the hotel for two whole days! The facilities and activities kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful environment for families. We look forward to our next visit!

Breakfast consisted of a wonderful spread. Live counters, Indian and Continental dishes were very well prepared. Staff was hospitable. Room - It was a pleasant stay. Room was as was informed at the time of booking.

There was a mismatch of tarrif and taxes as what was informed by Booking.com and what was levied by the Hotel. As per them the taxes rates were incorrect as informed by Booking.com. Same was for breakfast charges - As per Booking.com it was Rs750+taxes while the hotel was charging Rs 850+taxes. No breakup was provided in the bill towards meals consumed hence one cannot identify whether the intimated dicount in F&B was actually given or not. Even the signed vouchers were not shared.

1. Location close to the Taj Mahal which takes only about 10-15 minutes to reach by car. 2. We had booked 6 rooms. All of them were quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. 3. The breakfast spread. 4. There is ample parking at the hotel. It also has a nice running/bicycle track. We could however find only 2 working bicycles out of the 4 parked near the swimming pool. You can also have a nice morning walk on the glass in the lush green area of the property.

1. The lunch spread at the Grand Buffet restaurant and the food we had for dinner at the Patra restaurant was extremely disappointing; it was not tasty at all. 2 There were hardly any options for good beer at the hotel which was quite surprising.

I felt like a princess and felt like being taken care of so nicely. Especially Akhil took great care and was available 24 hours for me, same as Kaushal from the housekeeping. They made sure I don’t lack of anything. I had Shyam, an amazing driver. He would stop wherever I wanted to. So thankful.

Sadly there were no vegan options in the restaurant. I asked to verify an option to make it vegan and they charged more than double the price. For a simple meal.
