The room was very nice and they were very compensating and polite as soon as I arrived I also had lost my wallet and they let me come back later and took me up to the room nobody had gone in there at that point no housekeeping or anything and my wallet was not there but luckily I did go and do that anyway because there was something else that my friend had left so they get a 10 plus stars in my opinion great people it's a good place to spend your money

I can say the only thing I didn't like was the breakfast was a little bit lacking but that's also a personal preference thing they were amazing

The breakfast was minimal but had several options: cereal, yogurt, toasted waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, etc. Gets the job done and I appreciated options. Overall it's just a decent place to stay at a good price with kind staff.

The pillows had little to no support and several facilities were not available, such as the pool being closed for a safety(cleaning?) issue or the juice machine being down at breakfast. But overall it got the job done.

This hotel was located within walking distance of an outlet mall and a restaurant. It was also just a short drive from both a wedding (church) ceremony and a reception (venue). Also, and more importantly, the hotel manager was accommodating and professional. She should get a raise or award or at the very least, given kudos for doing her job well.

As we walked in, on the ground floor, there was an unfinished room, which we passed through to get to the elevator, that could have been tidied up, swept, and painted. Clearly there was some sort of construction going on.

Comfy bed, Wifi was decent, having breakfast provided was nice though my wife and I didn't take advantage during our stay.

The main florescent light in the bathroom for room 224 clearly needs replacement. As you turn on the light it buzzes and takes a good couple seconds before it fully turns on. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Right from the start until the end everybody was super friendly and super helpful. I could check in way early as my flights had changed last minute and I arrived way before lunch, after having been up for 26 hours and all I wanted was a bed to sleep which they happily provided. Appreciated. The breakfast room was currently being renovated so breakfast was served in a small corner in the lobby. But there were bot too many people so no problem with that. Breakfast itself was small but offered a good choice to start into the day. I liked that as well. Unfortunately I did not have the time to check out the pool but it looked nice as well. The room was big with enough space, it was clean and comfortable. The fridge was cold enough to actually freeze ma cokes half way through. Pretty cool :) The overall experience was more that I expected for that price tag.

I loved the breakfast layout. Amazing!! The staff were great during the day. The pool was awesome. Closed way too soon especially if staff is on duty at the desk, pool should’ve been open to adults all night.

Staff could’ve been better. Pool should’ve stayed open longer. Prices on the booking app should be matched at the property

The parking area was organized, spaces well marked and roomy, and very well lit. The room was spotlessly clean and well organized. The desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Everything was organized and ship-shape.

I would have like a bigger and more comfortable chair in the room. Also, the beds, while very comfortable, were rather high off the floor. I would have found the bed easier to use were it a few inches lower than it was. But it was still a very good experience.

The hotel staff are very pleasant and welcoming. They were able to accommodate my change of reservation without hesitation. The room was comfortable and well appointed.

The only negative thing I would comment on: There are 2 ice machines in this property.. one on the first and one on the third floor. When I was there in July, one of the ice machines was out of service and removed. When I returned for my stay August, BOTH ice machines were out of service and removed.

Clean, polite staff, accommodating with being on crutches with a broken leg and having the elevator be broken. I got a first floor room no issue.

The pool is closed for seemingly no reason and it’s incredibly frustrating especially with my broken leg because the worst pain now is gravity and I was hoping to be able to use it.

The executive suite was nice, plenty of space since we had kids and other family visiting from another room. Room was fairly clean but not spotless. Jet tub was awesome! The bed was very comfortable, probably the best out of any hotel we've stayed at in a long time. And pillows were comfortable too.

Walls could use a fresh coat of paint, the dinginess of the walls took away from the niceness of the executive suite. We asked for extra pillows and blankets and cups, the desk staff told us they didn't have any? Not enough coffee stocked in room. No coffee at continental breakfast, we were there for an hour. Pool area could use a deep clean.
