The staff (front desk, cleaning, maintenance) were all helpful, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, all linens crisp and fresh when we arrived. The king mattress was firm and supportive. When we asked at check-in if there was any sleeping accommodation for our 2-yr old, they said they'd see what was available and were able to provide a crib for the room right away! No daily cleaning but fresh towels were delivered both times shortly after we inquired. A/c unit in the room worked great, we were able to adjust easily, the window also opened for fresh cool air overnight. Quiet halls and pretty well- insulated; we barely heard noise from other guests walking by, tv's, traffic, etc.

Garbage bins were never changed in the room, even after requesting at the front desk twice. We eventually emptied them ourselves and asked for new bags. Temperature in common areas was kept at a bone-chilling 66F. When it's 90F outside and the guests are all in shorts/tees, that's a brisk change! The complimentary breakfast each morning was pretty spare. Not sure if that was due to budget constraints, but the prepared food was mediocre. Coffee was good though.9
