The staff were all so friendly & helpful! The place was very clean & quiet. The daily breakfast was wonderful & staff working the breakfast & keeping it clean & attended were exceptional. We had a very nice stay for a family wedding on NYE this year. I would definitely recommend & come back when in the area.

The pool was a little small but if you have to yourself like we did the one time we used it it was everything you need. They have a sliding door for the bathroom & one closet which was slightly inconvenient with little kids in the room with us but only a minor inconvenience.

The staff were happy, kind and helpful. We stayed on Christmas Eve until Christmas Day, and the staff were laughing and smiling. That tells you something. There was also a Christmas scene contest staff did- think ice skating scene or gingerbread house- guests could vote on. How sweet. The breakfast was delicious. Spotless food and dining area, and food replenished often. Other relatives stayed at a local Marriot that did not serve breakfast. I used the pool for exercise. Clean and well maintained pool and deck. Warm water. Just lovely on a cold winter day. I didn’t have time to use the gym. Also a spotless area with nice equipment.

Nothing. But, consider offering rooms with Bidets.

Hotel seems new and modern, clean and comfortable. There was a heated indoor pool with bathrooms and adjacent outdoor patio. Breakfast was nice and had large variety with hot items (make your own waffles, oatmeal, and different options of meat, eggs, and biscuits each morning) along with yogurts, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, tea, cold cereals, muffins, breads, and scones, and fresh fruit. I especially like that they leave coffee and tea along with fresh fruits out all day and night. I was able to grab a banana and tea when I arrived at midnight after delayed flight and no dinner! Room was spacious, clean and confortable. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice little store with snacks and all sorts of items as well. I look forward to staying again.

Wish breakfast foods were noted for special diets like gluten free so I didn't have to ask every morning.

Comfortable beds, actual breakfast included in room price, front desk staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. Plenty of towels in the room for our stay. Room was easy to keep a comfortable temperature. Quiet. Saw them consistently mopping the main areas and elevator floor. Room was clean, bathroom could use a deep clean, but it wasn't too bad.

Pool area had peoples hair accumulated in areas and visible dirt, which made it difficult to enjoy and it was way too hot in there. The sliding bathroom door in the room, I got my toe slammed in it when my husband tried to unstick it then it went really fast. The first morning (Sunday) breakfast was awesome, the ladies were on top of re stocking and cleaning up, refilling coffee, helpful ,etc. Our second morning (today, Monday) coffee was consistently empty, there was no dark coffee, food wasn't hot, and all the counters were messy, crumbs everywhere, waffle station was out of several toppings. The lighting in the exercise room was obnoxiously bright, I wish it could be adjusted by guests.

Hotel was well located, close to Walmart and plenty of eating places. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The kids loved the swimming pool.

Fairly clean property the breakfast was delicious and honestly I don’t think I’ve ever met a nicer hotel staff. Becca was the greeter when we came in and she was phenomenal and so funny and entertaining. It was a pleasure to meet her and overall we just had a great time. 

The only bad part we could find an even at that that was a stretch was the bathroom was starting to get a little mildew in the ceiling, but it was so minor that it didn’t deter us whatsoever. It was just typical wear and tear on the bathroom. 

Breakfast was full of choices. Very well done and presented. Eating areas were comfortable and clean.

We had to bring our two small dogs and it was a shock to pay $75 extra. We last paid about $10 extra. When we checked in and I paid cash to cover $75 so husband wouldn’t know and was told that $25 would be refunded at the end. I guess it depends on who’s at front desk. I mentioned getting $25 back when turning in key and was told that wouldn’t be happening. Ugh

The pool, the bed, the cleaness, the staff, the parking lot

The bathroom didn't lock the dor and close very badly. sounds can go through... no privacy with family. There is no lock in the door, its a movable door that simbolic closes.

When we travel, comfort as well as value, is very important. Hampton Inn Howell hit both those marks. The beds were soft but firm. The breakfast was delicious with quite a variety to choose from. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We hughly recommend them and would definitely stay there again.

The one and only thing that I would have liked would to have was a room with a bath tub.

EVERYTHING! From calling Becca to request early check in after a red eye to every staff member I came in contact with to Natalie at checkout, I decided to rebook do another night later this week. the room was perfectly appointed, exceptionally clean and the dispensers for soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap and conditioner are brilliant. Even the ac and automated blinds and shades were highly efficient. the breakfast, pool and fitness center were outstanding. I loved everything about my stay there!
