In the U.S., I've been routinely disappointed w/hotels and motels for some years, decades, even. Market pricing often ends up being to the the detriment of the customer. My stay here just stunned me. The facilities were clean, the staff was engaged and helpful, everything in the room worked, and wasn't damaged, and the bed was great - I slept well. AND, although the price was a bit more than I liked, it was also half the cost of other, much lower rated establishments in the area. This is the motel that others should compare themselves to.

Could you please expand your operations to other cities in the US? Your service level is needed everywhere, so far as I can tell.

The breakfast was just okay. The turkey sausage was rubbery, and the omelet lacked flavor. The location is great and very close to where my brother lives. Plenty of restaurants available in the area.

While using the restroom upon arriving in my room, I happened to glance over and noticed that the drain seemed to be very rusty OR was that a big wad of dark black hair? Well, it was a large wad of long dark hair. So, whomever cleaned room 321 on the day of Sunday the 21st of July did a poor job. I removed the hair myself instead of calling housekeeping. I made sure to clean the drain before I left the room on Tuesday!

The front desk made fresh coffee for us upon arrival when I asked if there was coffee available this late in the day. There was coffee available, but she made it hot and fresh. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Liked that there was a raised platform for your suitcases to sit on. Its nice to have a breakfast available.

We absolutely loved the breakfast that was served. It had a great variety and hot food was actually hot. The hotel was easy to access from freeway. Gas station, restaurants, and stores close by. The parking lot was well lit. If ever in Brighton again, we’ll be staying here again.

Road construction.

Young lady that checked me in requires a lot more additional training. Couldn't find my reservation. Was about to call the Holiday Inn Express along I-96 to see if I had a reservation at that location when she eventually found it. Took >15 minutes to check in.

Everything it was very clean. The staff were very nice expecially the lady that checked me in. The breakfast was good. The pool was clean and clear.

The front desk Employee was super friendly it smelled amazing in the lobby, breakfast had a great selection and beds were very comfy. Keep up the Awesome service.

Everything. The staff was friendly, bed and pillow were comfortable , breakfast was good, pool was nice.

If I complained about anything it would be that a baseball team was staying there and the parents were getting drunk in the lobby while there kids were running around.
