Very nice, walking distance to restaurant. Quiet at night. We like being able to park outside our door. The desk clerk was friendly and efficient.

The only problem was the floor in our room needs a really good mopping. We noticed several construction workers from out of town stayed here, so we assume it is a popular hotel for travelling workers. The floor had residue that showed up on the bottom of my feet, which were very dark from it. I did mention it to the clear, in hopes he’d have housekeeping mop better in the future. It didn’t distract from the otherwise clean room very much.

Room was very clean it had a microwave and a refrigerator, too. Laundry area was neat and usefiul. Vending machine in this area was well stocked and quite reasonable priced. Nice selection of candy bars at a dollar each. Cheaper than party stores.

Front desk personnel was very friendly and accommodating. We had a sudden schedule change and she was able to let us check in an hour early.

We did check in an hour early, but our room looked as if it was just glossed over in the cleaning department. There were clothes left from a previous guest in the wardrobe, very little toilet paper on the rolls, and I don't think the toilet or shower were scrubbed at all.

Contrary to what I'd read in other reviews, the room was clean and well-furnished and had a refrigerator and microwave. The area was very quiet, and it was convenient to a bike trail we wanted to ride.

The listing said that breakfast was included, but it was only coffee, juice, and granola bars.

We did not have any more than a couple of orange juice as we got up late. The manager offered to bring out a couple of muffins, which she did. A nice gesture.

We found nothing to complain about.

Had one small issue with room but they were excellent about it picked because had flight close by next morning .

Rowdy party in parking lot learned later big rivals game that night and college nearby still fine quite inside.

We travelled for our nephew college graduation at University of Michigan, a short drive from Whitmore Lake. The hotel was very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean. The hotel was across the street from a large, informal bar and grill with a large menu and delicious food.

This is an older, no frills facility and we paid a premium because of graduation weekend in nearby Ann Arbor, but the room was spacious and comfortable, so we really have no complaints. Our room faced the freeway, which was pretty loud, rather than Whitmore Lake, which was just pretty.

This was a good location for our destination. Staff was very helpful. My granddaughter loved the pool. We were able to have the puppy with us. No complaints.

Has nothing to do with the hotel but there seemed to be no public access to the lake.

Quick drive to Michigan Stadium. Views of Whitmore lake from the indoor pool. Pool and sauna are clean, as was the room.

Location is great. Was allowed to check in early. Staff is always so friendly.

Sauna was broke. Always look forward to using that.
