Breakfast and location were good.

Not Hampton’s fault but we got a noisy neighbor about midnight and woke me up. The night clerk handled it perfectly as I called her to let her know what was going on. Hats off to her. Not Hampton’s fault but we got noisy alert message on our phones a little later after the first disturbance. I like H.I. ….. we did fine and continued our travels.

The location was perfect for before and after surgery at the Brighton Surgical Center. The staff was kind and helpful. And we were welcomed with cookies. The surfaces in room and bathroom had all been cleaned thoroughly. The room was quiet and the beds and pillows were clean and comfy for a good night's sleep. Yet despite the quiet, there are plenty of options for food and shopping across the street. There were only two things that were disappointing, and they were not enough to justify removing a star. The first is in keeping with the recent difficulties in most hotels lately - the floor had not been vacuumed after the previous guest and there were obvious clues, like a sequin or two and those tiny plastic things that attach tags to new clothing. The other was the sink hardware that caused the faucet to shut itself off at the central moderate temperature position. Pro tip: it works OK if you turn it on slowly and adjust it slightly to the right or left. Especially after reading so many reviews about filthy rooms at so many hotels, I was happy that we chose this one and will stay there again whenever we're in the neighborhood.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good.

We spent 2 nights and didn’t have any tv for most of that time. I understand that the weather had a lot to do with that. We came to Brighton for a softball tournament, and most of the games were cancelled, so it would have been nice to have something to watch on tv.

Clean and in a very Convenient location . Off the main strip yet very close to everything you might want . The front desk young lady was very professional and very knowledgeable. She was an asset for this hotel for sure .

The king bed was just a little on the firm side for me and I usually like a little firmer . My wife thought it was ok .

Property smelled clean, looked clean and was welcoming. Bedding was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of towels and didn’t have to call for anything.

There was a problem with the water on Saturday morning and all water was shut off. This delayed being able to get ready for a function I had driven up to the area for. The wall unit air conditioner made some terrible noises in the middle of the night, sounding like someone was stuck in the mud outside our window. Turning the unit off handled the problem.

The room was frigid when we arrived, but when the thermostat temp was raised, the system switched over to heat, so that when we returned from dinner, it was broiling hot. Throughout the night it was a lot of cold or no a.c. at all.

Everything was convenient our room was right by the pool!) The hot tub was so great in the room.

The hot tub hand held sprayer was broken and the toilet paper holder was hanging off so a couple things needed fixed.

Breakfast was wonderful each day and pool and hot tub were amazing after a tiresome day. Very clean and lovely hotel!

Area was a but loud and busy but not too bad!

Their pool was shut down due to chemical imbalance. Not only were we able to go across the parking lot to another Hilton facility to use their hot tub and pool. We were also given a free night in the future, just very accommodating and understanding.

Comfortable beds and clean facility.

Hot water for showers fluctuated during the first morning and virtually non existent on the second morning. Must look into that, manager.
